This bedside commode was a lifesaver after my total knee replacement surgery. I actually used it over my existing toilet in a rather small space. Its elevated height made using the toilet much easier, and the sturdy arms provided the support this Senior needed to sit down and get up comfortably. It’s well designed, durable and perfect for anyone recovering from surgery or needing extra assistance. Highly recommend!

I love that this can be used as both a toilet riser and a bedside commode. It was fairly easy to put together and it is really sturdy. The toilet seat is padded. I haven’t used it as a bedside commode but it includes a bucket and lid to do so. It is height adjustable. the arm rails are padded as well. it has a side storage bag to store reading material. It holds toilet paper as well but I assume that it more handy when using it as a bedside commode. Great device.

I have been using a 4" raiser on my standard toilet for several years. My legs are so bad I started struggling to get to a standing position. The whole situation was stressful. Now it's easy to sit, clean and stand. Heavy duty, supports my 200lbs like a feather. Very happy with purchase.

Was almost 4" in width shorter than described on last holes of bar extension on seat section. Seller contacted me immediately and explained the measurements were from the base, not the seat, which made sense and offered to compensate me without my asking. Very kind seller.

This is the third time I am writing this review. For some reason it keeps being taken down. I will try one more time. The box came retaped. When I opened it it was clearly and shockingly USED. I will not go into details in regard to what was on the commode seat. I'm sure you can figure out what I found.I was appaled when I saw the condition.

Being a bigger person stability was the main factor in my decision. This commode is very stable for my 220 pounds! Good product.

We got this for my husbands grandma when she’s visiting us or other family members as she has a really hard time getting up and down off of our toilets. It has worked great for this purpose as the high is adjustable. The seat is very comfortable and the chair itself feels quite sturdy. It was fairly easy to assemble when we got it and took us about 10 mins. The size fits her well and is wide enough and the bars on the side make it easier for her to get up when she’s ready.
