Element: Slim And Tone Pilates [DVD]

Bit of a shock doing this DVD! The Element: Slim and Tone Pilates is most definitely dynamic! As well as super-advanced. I wanted a dvd to do Pilates at home for when I'm unable to attend my usual classes. I am currently at intermediate level but can do some advanced on a few of the exercises in class but this DVD blew all that out the window! Found it extremely hard to do most of the exercises on this Pilates DVD! Having said that it is very easy to follow and explained very well at each step so not all bad! Wouldn't recommend it if you're a beginner or just starting off.

A great Pilates workout, full body workout, and to the point. The instructor goes through the moves quickly so is for people more familiar with Pilates. I was looking for a more advanced Pilates workout I could do at home in a short amount of time as possible with maximum results. Highly recommend.

There's a couple of tricky moves towards the end, but otherwise definitely do-able. Very well explained and easy enough to follow, especially after your first go. I've only been to a handful of Pilates classes before and am of average fitness.

Unless you already know Pilates you may struggle to keep up with her. Once you do you'll be fine, although she doesn't explain the exercises like Brooke Siler does.
