The item was shipped in its original box only. It was cushioned well inside the box but still was bent and I had to adjust/bend it to straighten it. The timer doesn’t seem to work, the lamp doesn’t shut off. It is pretty though and warms the candle very well.

Beautiful and functional

Perfect size for a counter top, multiple light settings, works great and came with two lightbulbs! I have been using mine with a small simmer pot and my kitchen smells amazing, even my kids have complemented the smell. I did try it with a candle and it melts just fine. There is a built in timer so you can set it and forget, which is great for those of us that forget to turn things off. I would highly suggest if you’re looking to add something like this to your kitchen.
