I learned long ago that this type of cervical foam pillow is the best for those of us with back/issues. I’d been using inherited, typical pillows for the last few years as my prior pillow (given to me by my chiropractor) got stolen. The zippered cover on this pillow caught my eye on Amazon and I put it in my wishlist hoping the price might come down. It finally did on Black Friday sale.I followed the directions for letting the tightly rolled up pillow expands to it’s full size, which it did in less than 24 hours, maybe due to the fact that, like they suggested, removed the foam from the “luxurious” cover and separated the 3 layers and laid them on the floor in a warm, sunlit room.I’ve slept on it for the last two nights, and am thrilled with the comfort! Both nights were ones that I woke up a lot, and spent a lot of time getting back to sleep, so I played around with passions and such, and was pleasantly surprised.What’s strange to me is that at first it seemed so firm, but it really formed itself to my head and neck as I laid there, beckoning so soft, weightless. That’s the only way I can describe it. Very, very happy with that.Pillow cover is gorgeous and well made, I hated to put a cheap white pillowcase on it!Money well spent! Obviously a great company, their communication after the sale was above and beyond.The only thing that throws me a bit is that their last communication via Facebook Messenger, thatI a note writing this review from, stated that “after” I posted this review, they would initiate the 5 year warranty. I found that to be just a tad threatening 😉. But I’m hoping they didn’t mean it to sounds that way.I wanted to cut and paste in this review what that FB message said, just for accuracy, but I’m unable to do so without “backing out” of this review box and going back to read their exact words.Just a heads up to the seller…Very happy with the pillow, a very good buy.

I never knew I needed this pillow until I finally started sleeping on it. The amount of comfort that I get every nice blows all my old pillows out of the water. I was waking up every morning with pain in my neck and also a lot of numbness in my arms while sleeping. Since changing to this pillow the pain and numbness have subsided at least 90 percent. The removable layer of foam in the middle allows you to adjust the height of the pillow to help you find a comfortable sleeping position for your neck. Great quality and design. Holds shape retention very well and offers great support. Would buy again

The pillow is comfortable, and it’s nice that it comes in a king size. The shape seems to work well for sleeping on your back. For side sleeping, it isn’t quite perfect, it seems to get bunched up by your shoulder and create a weird lump a lot of times.Overall it’s comfortable and conducive to good sleep, but it isn’t perfect for all sleep situations.There doesn’t appear to be any real cooling effect noticed, it’s just an average pillow in that respect.

My Chiropractor recommended a memory foam pillow. And this one helps my neck feel much better. I like how it is adjustable. I took out the center layer of foam to give me the perfect height and a good nights sleep.

Really adjusts to the shape of your head. Is not to hard nor to soft, just perfect. Feels like your head is just floating. Still using it's for several years now

I purchased this pillow and it was at my door the next morning. I have a history of neck pain and pillow purchases since my early 40s. I was going to order this one and the Tempur-pedic, but decided I would just give this one a try first because it had great reviews and it's a little cheaper. It's a great addition that you can take out a layer of foam if it's too thick. I did not have to do that. It seems to be the right loft as is. I am thrilled that my neck does not hurt after just using one night!

Updated:So after a week, the pillow is better. It provides proper support without neck pain which is what is desired. It isn't a dream come true, it's just more like oh it isn't terrible anymore, it's okay now.It wouldn't be my first choice but it's something to consider as an option especially since it's hard to know what to expect from a pillow. If you have a week in advance to just let the pillow sit, then you can consider this as a possible option. Not something to rave about but something that may technically get the job done.-----------I’m not sure if the good reviews are legit. So many good reviews for a very subpar pillow. It doesn’t feel like a comfortable memory foam. The pillow feels very firm and has no give. There is the option to adjust the height, by removing one of the memory foam layers. However it doesn’t do anything for the overall comfort of the pillow itself.Given that this pillow is more expensive than a tempurpedic pillow, I expected more. This really shouldn’t be more than $20. I wish I could return it but since I opened it out of the packaging I don’t think it’s possible.

I like that it supports my neck. I have a lot of neck pain due to old injuries and arthritis. I’m a side sleeper and this is just right for me. It’s soft, yet firm enough to keep my neck aligned correctly. I’ve used this for 2 months now and am happy with my purchase. It seems to be a good quality item.

This is my second purchase whether this company. Very good quality and the travel size is perfect.

Es incómodo la almohada para mi cuello o está muy alta o está muy baja, porque la almohada tiene 3 niveles le puedes quitar el nivel del medio ó dejarle los 3 entonces ni uno ni otro lo sentí incómodo y el material de foamy se empezó a romper, a mucha personas les favoreció que bueno solo que yo no corrí con la misma suerte… :(

The pillow is either too high or too low for me . If I used all layers then my neck hurts , if I removed a layer then it's too low and I cant sleep like that, I even tried to flip it but still I don't feel comfortable .
