Magic Painting Cinderella: 1 (Magic Painting Books)

We're great fans of the these magic painting books.Bought as a birthday gift, we preferred this book to the others as it is also a story book featuring a different scene and description on each page. You can read it as a book.They are great to do when child has 10mins spare to do 1x page.Contains a glossy folding page to protect rear pages from water seeping through.The grand finale page was particularly beautiful, featuring a wedding scene surrounded by a floral border. I enjoyed finishing off each page when my daughter was deemed finished!None of the skin (faces/arms) have ink releasing dots so they are aimed to remain white. This sometimes makes the page look unfinished, so we would paint them with leftover dyed water residue on the paintbrush when the colour was appropriate (e.g. diluted orange/red etc).

I bought this as a gift for my niece's 7 year old daughter. She loved it and couldn't wait to start it. The colours were bright and vibrant, although as she worked through the book the same colours were used in every picture, there wasn't a lot of variety. That being said, Lucy loved the book and got a lot of pleasure from it - which is the mot important thing.

Great for taking on holiday, my 4 year old used it sitting on a sun lounger it was great simple entertainment and no mess

The book is easy to take with you on holidays, or to the restaurant. Paint brush is provided so you only need some water. The books keeps children occupied for a while as its not your usual colour painting! Paper is thick.

Bought for my three year old granddaughter. She has not used it yet as I keep in my house for when she comes to stay but she loves these books.
