I tried this on Canon T50 and Rebel K2 35mm cameras. While it securely snapped right in, I cannot open the film doors on either. I imagine a flip out LCD screen would also be a problem. It has found a permanent home on my original EOS Digital Rebel (300D). It's not in the way of any moving parts as this camera screen doesn't flip and there is no film door. It's soft enough to be comfortable and yet holds shape, which literally cradles my eye perfectly, blocking all outside light and getting me close enough to not interfere with any of the view finder. Now, sadly I wear glasses and continue to find the right eyecup. This one is not perfect in that regard. I end up too far away for a good full view. Still, my glasses press flat against it without issue.

Item fit perfectly and works well

Bought it for my Rebel T7 and it gives it a professional feeling when you use it.

It was a little difficult to slide into place on my 5D Mark IV, but I did get it set. It's also a little difficult to get the eye cup off compared to the Canon eye cup. It's also a little stiffer than I expected, but it works.

2nd one purchased for a Canon T6/80D. Also purchased another version that is similar to the Canon OE, but it separates with time from rubbing on camera bag taking in and out, its more a 2 pc type and the rubber separates from the mount. This one is 1 piece and is extended /protrudes out more allowing eyeglass wearers more comfort taking pictures and keeping light out of the viewfinder eyepiece. great for having a spare in the bag as well. Over time you're certain to lose one as any photographer will tell. zero complaints, very well packaged from manufacture, zero complaints to date.

My wife and I were both impressed by this eyecup. We both have lost several of the standard, flatter eyepieces because it doesn’t take much to dislodge them. But these eyecups fit more snugly than the others, and I doubt I’ll need to replace mine any time soon.
