Bought this for helping homeschool my 3 & 5 year old grandsons, they both love it and it's been really helpful to give them a basic understanding of how their bodies function - we're working on a body unit study and this was perfect for it.I put on the velcro before they got to use it, I also numbered each page with a sharpie and the back of the corresponding pieces that go on each page. So there is a little fuss with getting it ready for them, but I didn't mind because I needed to read it first and figure out a lesson plan, so it wasn't a waste of my time setting it up.The first time we used it I went over each page with them and had them attach each of the pieces and discussed how their bodies work. Then they got to use the erasable markers to do the activities on the back of each page. The activities on the back don't really relate to the body and they're not really necessary but the kids had fun with them, they did only do those once and lost interest in them after that because they're very basic. Now they get to have the book on their shelf for free time and they enjoy searching for the pieces for each page, if they can't find a piece by looking at the picture on it, they look for the number I wrote on the backs of each one.Glad I bought this book, has been a very useful tool and the boys learned a lot while having fun.

So first and foremost my daughter loves drawing. I knew when I got this she would love coloring all of the different pages. But since she's 4 now; she's more aware of what she's coloring in and on. All of the anatomy pages have been a huge learning opportunity for her. As she colors in and around the different organs we use the opportunity to teach her where it is in the body by pointing at ourselves and her body as well as telling her what it does.She hasn't put it down since I gave it to her. It's been awesome! Also, it's not ready out of the box so to speak, you do have to attach the adhesive velcro to the book and pieces that come with it. So there is a little bit of prep work before you can hand it off to your toddler.

Bought this for my 3 years old niece and she literally loved it . It’s so great . It’s Montessori based . Highly recommend.

I think this is a great toy for any child. I got this as a gift for a 7 year old and they loved it. It does take a while to set up all the pieces. It would be great for a 2 year old and older. I want to teach my child about the body, and it's hard to find basic educational toys that aren't too complicated. This busy book fits the bill. There is so much information that a child may learn from this busy book. It also offers concepts as writing and drawing. It comes with a great big that fits it all inside.
