Really love these for keeping toddlers from opening doors. They are sturdy, slide well, and are very easy to install. There is one limitation - height. The height of the door or your own height, that is. We can't put these downstairs because our doors are 8ft. I'm 6'1 and I have to do a little hope to unlock it. My wife is 5'2, and she can't get anywhere near it. The doors upstairs are only 6 1/2 feet, so I can move it easily and my wife just has to get on tippy toes.

Got these for our exterior doors to prevent our toddler from opening them. We needed a solution that didn't actually lock the door since that would have defeated the purpose of the smart lock on the front door. GlideLok works great and was very easy to install. Our front door is 8 ft tall, so we ordered the extension rods as well. Had an issue where I initially ordered the wrong length extension rods, but customer service was excellent and issued me a refund so I could purchase the correct length.

Two things for manufacturer to read. One, i think they should consider including some indication of lock/unlock for the opposite side of the doorway. And two, I think the price is steep for what it is. I almost 3D printed my own but decided to just buy it. Works good. Super simple and easy to install, no instructions necessary at all.

Works perfectly and allows an adult to conveniently open the door from either side. Installed it on a door between the floors in my house so block a toddler from toddling down the stairs.
