Well, the dish itself is pretty good. My dog LOVES the bowl and will frequently drink the entire thing, then pick it up and push it into my leg so she can get more. It holds more than most bowls which is also nice. HOWEVER...The mesh bag it comes in is kinda small (could be an extra quarter inch in each direction and would be better. My dog also took a liking to it straight away and chewed on the mesh, so now it's difficult to get back in the bag. It would have also been nice to have a waterproof exterior as well, which would avoid it being packed wet if placed on a wet surface - a true wipe and pack setup. Overall that doesn't affect the functionality in any meaningful way though.

This is a nice and well-made item. It is accurate to the description being sized 3.5 x 5.5 inches and will hold food or water, but is a little larger than I thought it would be just by looking at the picture. I gave it 5 stars in spite of this, since it is my fault that I did not measure. If size is a concern for you though, you will definitely want to measure the space you have for it! I run with my dog and bought it to carry since he gets thirsty. However, it does not fit well into the personal item belt that I use, and I don't typically have pockets where I could carry it. Looping it through the belt would work, but the flapping for the entire run would be intolerable. I've found a smaller collapsible bowl for the purpose of running, however, if your setup is different, this may be the perfect item for you. I am using it for other travel ventures like hiking or camping where the space requirements are different, and keeping it in the car for use as needed. It will most likely fit into most jeans or coat pockets. (I just checked mine!)

Takes a moment to assemble (5 seconds?), but the advantages are:1) folds flat (using the provided bag is a bit over-the-top)2) has a corner so you can pour excess water back into a water bottle3) super durable feel4) holds it's shape well during use

A little bigger than it looks. Folds up nicely, but you should really provide a side view of it folded up as it is much bulkier than the pictures make it seem. I am training a support dog who will be carrying oxygen tanks and this was her first side package to get her used to having things attached. She did amazing, but i was a little worried by the size when it came. I had to attach the bag because it would not fit in the make shift side saddles. I expected it to fit in a back pocket size.

We were looking for a collapsible dog bowl to take on walks and this delieved! We liked that it folded and didn’t stay in the larger circle like the other options. It’s larger than I expected, easily holding about a half bottle of water.

Received the bowl and 2 of the snaps were broke. Returned and they sent a replacement, however 1 snap was broke on the second one. At this point I just asked for a refund as I did not one to try a third time. I cannot comment on the durability or the leak proof feature as I never had a chance to try them out. Obviously they have an issue with the snaps if they come broke right out of the box.

Im extremely impressed with this product. Its well made, durable, and compact. I used to have a collapsible plastic bowl but this canvas bowl folds up and is much easier to carry, whether its attached to the leash, in my bag, or in my pocket. I have read some reviews where the snaps dont hold, but so far mine work perfectly. Thank you for making a great product!

Just go these over the weekend, and wow, to my surprise, they were better than I had hoped for. I have a German Shepherd, and I was worried they might be too small, but they weren't. He was able to eat from one and drink from the other one with no problems. They are perfect, well constructed, and very compact when folded up. I recommend this product for any outdoors enthusiast that needs their 4-legged buddy along with them.

The quality appears to be very good.When opened for water it's good, although it can't be filled to the brim as water leaks through the poppers in the corners that hold it together.When folded it's a bit larger/thicker than expected.
