This posture smart scale has been really good so far. It’s accurate with weight readings and also gives a lot of extra info beyond just the number on the scale. The body fat, BMI, and other measurements seem pretty reliable, and they’re easy to track in the app. I like having all the detailed data since I’m working toward a specific weight and body fat goal—it makes progress much easier to follow. The larger platform is comfortable to stand on, and overall the scale feels solid and well-made. A great tool if you want more insight into your health than just body weight.

Functionally, this scale is great, easy to read, integrates with apps very well, data is presented very well and so on... What brought me here to write a review was the customer service. After a year+ there was an issue, so I emailed the company. Overnight I got a response suggesting I might like a replacement, simply send a photo of the label on the underneath and provide a shipping address. Can't ask for better than this!

Not perfect, but I certainly trust it more than the several I’ve owned that you just stand on. These measuring devices rely too much (solely) on body hydration. After a run in the heat, your “body fat” measurement will skyrocket. At least this one measures muscle hydration more accurately. If you’re well hydrated, it’s a halfway decent proxy for body fat percentage.

I started off with a 5-star review because of ease of use and generally good accuracy when comparing to the expensive scans at the gym. Then after only a few months, the recoil mechanism broke with no warning with normal use... Now what?? That made me change my rating down to 1-star and was very disappointing. Since it was past the Amazon return period, I was very concerned because you never know if a company is going to actually stand behind their product. I contacted the Posture support through the Amazon order and they got back to me right away. They apologized and IMMEDIATELY shipped me a new scale. You can't ask for any better service. I'm now back to a 5-Star rating. Great job, Posture!!

Like the fat and muscle percentages. Easy to use and sends info to the app. Prints of stats are blurry but a good scale.

I’m really happy with this scale. It was super easy to set up and connected to my phone without any issues. La connessione con l’app è semplice, così posso salvare e monitorare i miei progressi nel tempo direttamente dal telefono, rendendo questo prodotto davvero smart e motivante per chi vuole tenere sotto controllo la propria forma fisica. Inoltre, la precisione delle misurazioni è buona, e la qualità costruttiva mi sembra solida per l’uso quotidiano. Complessivamente un ottimo acquisto per chi cerca una bilancia smart con analisi corporea completa senza complicazioni.

Esta báscula inteligente ha superado todas mis expectativas. Desde el primer momento fue muy fácil de conectar: la sincronización con el teléfono fue rápida y sin complicaciones, incluso para quienes no somos muy tecnológicos. Lo que más me ha gustado es lo cómoda que es de usar para varias personas. Puede reconocer a diferentes perfiles sin tener que hacer ningún ajuste manual, lo cual es ideal si la utiliza toda la familia. Los datos que proporciona son muy completos. No solo mide el peso, sino también la grasa corporal, porcentaje de músculo, agua, masa ósea, IMC, etc. — y todo con gran precisión. Me encanta poder ver la evolución de cada uno de estos valores con el tiempo. La aplicación que acompaña a la báscula es excelente. Tiene una interfaz visual muy intuitiva, con gráficos claros y fáciles de entender. La navegación por las diferentes métricas es muy fluida, y toda la información está organizada de forma que resulta realmente útil y motivadora. En resumen: una báscula inteligente de alta calidad, muy sencilla de usar y con una app fantástica.
