Really good product would recommend

Don't listen to the other reviews saying it doesn't connect, these people just don't know what they are doing, Plug into PC on first use and update the firmware, update the phone app and then its all good. Only down side compared to the older devices is that you cant map the buttons without the app or use said mapped buttons without the app, basically you don't save your configs to the device like the older ones its all saved and dependent on the app.

easy to use, works as intended, price is good for what else is around, does need an update but can use cheap laptop for it, feels great to use, only got xbox works great on it and connects to the app very well

Solo funciono 2 semanas, y ya no se puede conectar a la aplicación, se queda conectando, ya actualize varias veces el firmware y los cables son nuevos y nada, investigue y por lo visto a muchos que lo han comprado presenta la misma falla, y collective minds no responde los mensajes... Pésimo producto chafa

Awesome hardware

Like others have said, only works for a couple of weeks before fritzing out. Disconnects constantly, randomly messes with controller buttons including remapping, sticks not responding, or spamming buttons until strikepack is removed and controller reset. Heats up. None of the troubleshooting fixes on the CM site solve the problem. Now the cable doesnt seem to work/fit the unit and wont connect to app or laptop. I purchased 2 and 1 is worse than the other but both used about the same amount.

Veio com o conector USB C quebrado e simplesmente não funciona no meu controle que tem essa entrada. Solicitei suporte da Collective Minds e não me responderam.
