I was really worried after id ordered it and read that it was a knock off lol but it works just as good at the real thing. It’s very light weight I was concerned about that too felt like a toy but it works well, plays well, looks good I like it. The controller is an energy eater so be sure to remove batteries when you aren’t using the controller and always have extra batteries around.

Upon receiving my controller, I found that one of the buttons was not functioning. Within a few hours of contacted the seller they had a plan in place to get me a replacement. The replacement co trolled had no issues and is working great.I understand with electronics there is always going to be a chance of receiving a failed product. What really stood out to me was the exceptional customer service I received.

Bought for daughter, the gamer sons sister.She left for college before she got to use it; still brand new in original package; but son had a white BEK, loved(es) it.. Since upgraded, but always saved this one...for her. It's still a great purchase/product. Too bad it's past return...its lonely Lol ! Great $value, his white one still stands, too!! Definitely a great Xmas gift...! Was my intention, too ~ ! They grow up too darn quick....

Install batteries, turn on, sync with your XBox, start playing. My son loves the color and it's 'his' controller.Things to note:lighter than MS controllers, cheaper than MS controllers, functions just as good. Only thing I wish it had is a 'break' in light circle as to easily understand which of the four lights are light and synced with xbox. Its not a problem or a drawback but when lit it feels like the entire circle is lit.Still pretty good so far. Hope it will last for a few years.

As a mom of 3 I have to buy multiple everything. I really appreciate the different colors. We know exactly which controller belongs to who. No more fighting over "my" controller. The covers for the joy stick do pop off, but you don't need them to play. The price of these controllers is worth the peace and joy in my playroom.

The batteries continually loose connection an the rechargeable batteries wont work with it at all

I am a very casual player with mostly first-person type games on the 360. I bought a pair of these to replace the old OEM controllers, and they have a completely different feel to the in-game character movement when using the thumb-sticks. Precise aiming and movement is almost impossible, because gentle movememts on the stick either do nothing, or cause the character to move or look drastically farther than was intended, so you will end up zig-zagging your reticle all over the screen trying to point it at a target. I had to set my "stick sensitivity" down to the lowest setting in the games I played with these controllers, and it was still very hard to control.Overall, these are decent controllers that seem to work fine as replacements for the original controllers, but I would definitely not reccomend them for any fast-paced competitive gaming, such as FPS matches online with other people. The OEM Xbox360 controllers seem to have a good sensitivity level that after-market controllers have difficulty replicating.

This is a great controller. I needed a light colored controller and my fav color is pink so this was perfect. I was a little worried that an off-brand wouldn't perform as well as an actual X-Box controller but it works perfectly! Vibrate function is strong, all buttons and joysticks work well and I use a rechargable battery pack with it without problems. Would definitely recommend!
