OutIn Nano Espresso Accessories Kit, Basket Plus, double shot

Great bespoke accessories for the Outin espresso machine, which help to make super consistent delicious espresso. Everything fits together perfectly and I appreciate the tamper design that fits snugly.

Wow. This "accessories kit" addition changes the Outin Nano's capabilitiesfor the best. Outin should scrap the fiddly little plastic basket sold with the machine and just provide this Nano basket PLUS. It's just perfect. I prefer the fact that all the parts are metal. The doser and tamper reduce the messy factor associated with the plastic single shot basket. Even the distribution tool makes a difference to my coffee prep and making. I still use the same original coffee scoop, using two level scoops for this Nano basket PLUS, because it provides the perfect dose. SOOO glad I bought it.

Works well enough. I understand to some degree why it’s sold separately, as it would increase the price of the Nano to include it. My wish is that it would be cheaper, and not be tapered so aggressively, as it requires a very small range of grounds to be added. Also I’d like it to be “bottomless” instead of having a single hole, although I can understand that it’s overall safer for them to have it like that due to messy pulls.

If you don't have this attachment, you won't get the most out of that machine and won't enjoy the taste of your coffee. You have to have this attachment. So why isn't it included when selling? It's a crucial attachment that might make you wonder.

I've given 5 stars as it's a fantastic and must have if you want to get the best out of your Outin brewer. It really should come with the Outin in the first place though.

O kit é muito bem feito. Mas vamos a alguns fatos: 1. O filtro continua pressurizado 2. Você precisar dominar muito a técnica para não extrair espressos extremamente ácidos. 3. A limpeza é complicada.

Nie wieder ohne dieses Gadget. Erhalten, ausgepackt, gefüllt und den besten Espresso gebrütet, den ich je aus meiner OutIn Nano extrahiert habe. Mit 17g Espressopulver mittlere Röstung, Mahlgrad 1,9 auf der OutIn Mühle oder 0,9 in der Timemore C5 esp und 60 ml Wasser trinke ich meinen Kaffee jetzt nur noch in dieser Kombination, egal ob zu Hause, in der Bahn, beim Wandern oder im Büro. Den originales Korb der Nano mit 6-7 g habe ich sofort in Urlaub geschickt, seit ich dieses Teil besitze. Den Trester bekomme ich ganz einfach heraus, indem ich mit einem kleinen Reinigungsblasebalg für Kaffeemühlen an der Unterseite Luft in das kleine Loch puste, dann hebt sich der Kaffeekuchen nämlich durch den Druck von selbst an und man kann ihn ohne weiteres Gefummel auswerfen. Damit ist der Korb nach kurzem Auswischen sofort wieder bereit für den nächsten Bezug. Hervorzuheben sind zudem die Einfüllhife und der Tamper aus Edelstahl, denn jetzt gibt es endlich kein verstreutes Kaffeemehl mehr bei den Vorbereitungsarbeiten. Fazit: Eine rundum zufriedenstellende Aufwertung des OutIn Nano Espressokochers.

Si usas esta cafetera portátil a menudo, este accesorio marca una diferencia real en sabor, cantidad y consistencia. Lo que más me gustó - Doble disparo real: Por fin puedo preparar un café más largo y con cuerpo sin perder intensidad. Ideal para quienes prefieren un espresso más generoso. - Construcción sólida: El cestillo se siente robusto, bien mecanizado y con un acabado limpio. Nada de rebabas ni piezas flojas. - Mejor extracción: La presión se reparte mejor y el café sale más uniforme. Se nota en la crema y en el sabor final. - Compatible sin complicaciones: Encaja perfectamente en la OutIn Nano Espresso, sin ajustes raros ni fugas. - Fácil de limpiar: El acero inoxidable facilita muchísimo el mantenimiento. Detalles menores (no afectan la valoración) - Requiere un poco más de fuerza al bombear: Normal al usar más café, pero conviene mencionarlo. - Aumenta ligeramente el peso: Nada dramático, pero si viajas ultraligero, se nota. Conclusión El Basket Plus doble disparo es un accesorio excelente para sacar mucho más partido a la OutIn Nano Espresso. Más sabor, más cantidad y una extracción más estable. Si te gusta el café de verdad, es una compra que merece totalmente la pena.

If you absolutely, positively HAVE to have real espresso on the road, and you have the OutIn Nano, this is what you need. This is the real deal, period. If you use good coffee and grind it properly and do all the rest, you will 100% get a real shot of thick, syrupy crema-topped espresso. It is very well engineered and very well made. The tamper, used with the dosing funnel in place tamps your shot perfectly. I would not change a thing about it. The downside is that it is equipment and process intensive. And it is heavy. Not for minimalist backpackers. More like hotel travelers and car or motorcycle campers. Maybe it's made to use at home so you can get $2000+ espresso machine quality coffee for less than $200. Because that is what it makes. This is the tool for the guys who labor over their shots seeking thick crema and syrupy thick shots without compromise. Made from very high quality (heavy) machined and anodized aluminum and stainless, it'll last forever. There is one plastic part- the lid of the portafilter that contains the shower screen but the rest is durable metal. And it's the same high quality plastic that the Nano is made from so it should all last. The instructions call for 16-18 grams of coffee, I started with 18. I used my road-warrior KinGrinder K6 to grind at a setting of 0+60 (one full rotation from 0), fine enough to choke it I thought, I'd go from there. 50ml of hot water and it flowed (too) easily. Pretty good shot but not syrup. The top of the puck was muddy so I upped the dose to 19gr and choked the grinder back 10 marks to 0+50. 50ml of 202f water and that was the ticket. Took a few seconds to build pressure, then a slow/ medium flow of beautiful thick syrup that formed a nice thick crema. A coffee every bit as good as what I make with my Appartamento & Mazzer grinder after 3 years of fine tuning and 40+ years of espresso making generally. Now I just have to decide whether I want to add all of this heavy stuff to my carry-on when I travel. The Nano has a LiON battery, you can't put it in your checked luggage. Little containers with 19gr of coffee and the also excellent, also very well made and also the very very heavy KinGrinder. Like 5 lbs of stuff to make my morning shot.
