Perfect for what I wanted
I bought this card because the Ethernet adapter in my PC tower did not support VMWare. Put this in and works great.

Purchased to re-purpose an old desktop as an ESXI server, VMWare include native ethernet drivers for this card.

Excellent product
Having had auto-negotiate problems with my inbuilt network card, I decided to try this. Well, what a difference. Firstly I always connect at Gigabit speeds and secondly my real world transfer speeds have increased by about 40%.It is expensive but it was worth it to finally achieve a reliable and fast product.
