The earphones looked brilliant and indeed sounded very good BUT unfortuantely the manufacturer didn't get it right. The major problem with earphones is that the wires have to be lightweight and thus the conductor wire is very fine. The plastic insulation coating on the conductor wire was very stiff and thus afforded a high degree of protection to the conductors by preventing sharp bends. To further prevent sharp bends, where the wires enter the various parts, there are reinforcements EXCEPT where the wires enter the control switch and this is where it will (and did) eventually break in normal use (see pictures). I used these earphones only when seated and only for about 2 or 3 hours a day, they lasted just over 2 months!

This product has stopped working in just over a month.It seems that the normal consumer protection of 12 months does not apply to this product.So in effect they are a complete waste of money and therefore rubbish.I bought them on the 11th January 2020. The “return window” is by the 11th February they stopped working 28th February.Many of these companies are on Amazon just ripping people off with rubbish products and are protected by Amazon.If you want to just waste your money on something that will probably last weeks then go ahead. The next company you use will probably do the same.

Came quick, which was a plus. The packaging was outstanding as the case was just utterly beautiful. It had extra ear plastics which I didn't expect. However, after a week it broke. I used it during my workouts and was disappointed when it fell apart.
