A top tier wearable!
Updated: 12/25/25 This is my new favorite pump! I reach for it just as much as my Baby Buddha around a month after purchase. I’ve loved using it during MOTN feeds, as I can get my overnight pump in without waking her up. I’ve also used it at work regularly, because I can keep my office door open and attend meetings. I have to keep my office door closed when I use my Baby Buddha, which forces me to keep my office door closed 60-90 minutes per day to pump. I work in an environment that gets regular foot traffic, so being able to keep my door open is a bonus! My Baby Buddha pump is my go to if I am engorged or need to be 100% sure I am empty, or I have the time and privacy to use it. This pump is my go to on my commute into and home from work, and discreet pumping overnight or in public. The suction is great, the speed settings are great, and it does a pretty good job of emptying me. I am so glad I purchased this pump! ——————— I’ve only had this pump half a week and used it over a dozen times, but I absolutely love it! I have continually reached for it over my Baby Buddha motor pump. Pros: - It has a heating feature which can help with expression. - Very easy to change suction and speed settings for your comfort. Even when I am using higher suction and speed settings, the pump is super comfortable and is never painful. - I found the pump very easy to assemble and disassemble. There wasn’t much of a learning curve, and there are only pump four parts involved in assembly, two of which take a fraction of a section to install (diaphragm and duckbill valve). - The app comes with pre-made rhythms. I love the “max output” and “natural” rhythms and get the best output with them. - I have great output comparable to when I use my Baby Buddha motor pump. - The silicone flanges are very comfy. I’ve had no difficulties aligning everything and getting a solid seal. - I can lift my arms and move normally without worrying about breaking the seal. It has made caring for my infant and pumping on a schedule to be very easy. I can easily hold my baby and pump without worrying about dislodging my seal. - The pump is VERY quiet and the pumps are not too large that it’s distracting. I wore it at a public event recently. The event noise easily drowned out the pump sounds, and the pumps didn’t look unrealistically bulky under my shirt. - The charging case gets you a few charges on the go. - All parts can be dried and sterilized in my Baby Brezza dryer/sterilizer. —— Cons: - I have spilled milk a few times, because you need to make sure there is a tight seal with the collection cup and flange when pouring. It helps to have the flange side pointed up to prevent leaks. - The pump can’t be plugged in while using, so if it’s dead, you need to wait for it to charge. A full charge takes a little less than 2 hours. - Replacement parts are a bit more expensive. I just bought an extra pair of collection cups, a pair of flanges, and a pair of diaphragms to have on hand and spent $72 through the Eufy website (with a coupon, original total was around $109). - Quiet, but not silent. Can definitely hear it in lower volume settings. But, it’s not so loud that it is horrendously distracting. - The heat feature will drain your battery faster. I was still able to get multiple pumps off one charge. But if you depend on the heat setting to get much better output, you need to account for more frequent charging. I don’t think you could get a day of consistent pumping with heat out of one charge, if you pumped for 20-30min at a time. —— I am so happy with my purchase. I weighed the pros and cons of multiple wearables, and landed on Eufy. I love my Baby Buddha, but the standard flanges don’t allow for freely moving in public, don’t allow for my to easily hold and care my infant, don’t align with a consistent pumping schedule as a working mom, and don’t allow me to pump at work with my door open. This pump has been a game changer and allowed me much more freedom. Before it was very difficult for me to pump regularly day and night with the Baby Buddha flanges. Now I can throw this wearable on and live life as usual, which has made it easier for me to consistently stick to a pumping schedule. My pumping output has nearly doubled in half a week due to this. I will definitely be able to keep up my goal of pumping 6-8 times per day, thanks to this pump. I’ll update this review if anything changes in the coming months. But I have been extremely happy so far!

Great pumps for on the go or getting things done!
I love these pumps! I did a lot of research on which wearables I wanted to invest in and I’m so happy I went with these. I will suggest waiting for your milk supply to regulate a bit before you use these often, so you know you’re getting your full outputand you can learn which settings work best for you. They’re extremely comfortable and work well on my elastic nips. With a good supportive nursing bra I feel like I can take on the world while wearing these! I’m able to get tasks done, wrestle my toddler and pump on the go! I even used these on a family trip to the zoo and they were such a lifesaver. Also it is so satisfying when you fill up an egg completely lol I love it!!! They’re beautiful pumps and they help me so much when I can’t always be at my wall pump. Love love love them. They give me the same output as my wall pump. My only issue I’ve ever had with them is I have to keep an eye on how much I’m pumping so they don’t overfill. I wish there was a type of sensor for that on the app but I love them. The app works great and I love the heat settings!

Feelings have changed (in a good way)
EDIT: I’m 8 months PP and quite honestly this pump is the one I always reach for now. There’s the diff pumps I have where I use them depending on the setting/place we’re attending but I usually almost always reach out for this pump now. It empties me as much as the spectra (gold model) since my body is used to them now. I think it took at least a few weeks for it to switch since I started to use it way more than the spectra once I worked because they were wearable. I was very surprised! I really had to trust that it was just going to work, it even says that in their instructions you have to just be patient with it. The gentle mode worked for me with the heat - I had to play with the settings BUT now there’s a feature where other people can share their sequence and other settings that you can upload to your app to see if it helps out more. I wouldn’t be able to use them without the legendary inserts though, they are godsend (eufy please make something like this!). I really like the legendary inserts because it’s rubber and the circumferential length of the inserts covers a good amount of surface area to attach to your breast - the pumps really stay in place in my pumping bra since I move all around at work. I also got the plugs for the top so the milk doesn’t go everywhere. I have 4 sets of these so I can use them daily and I started to do the fridge hack at work since it was the easiest for me to do. I believe now they come in a 21mm size too, so I’m really excited to try those flanges too! Also definitely invest in a bottle washer to clean them makes it even more easier to use, I can’t live (mentally) without the Momcozy bottle washer for cleaning them. They clean them soooooo well and I can put two sets of these pump containers in it to clean each time. I hope it’ll work out for anyone taking a chance on these!! Oh also AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had something I needed from customer service and they were very helpful and attentive and replied very quickly each time I messaged them. That is very rare. Thanks so much!!!! ——————————————————————- LONG REVIEW - Because I feel like with any pump on the market considering how much they cost, they should all have one. I would’ve liked a thorough review compared to most of the other reviews I’ve seen here with all the pros and cons. Or maybe they were just that frustrated they didn’t post here. I was really excited to get this pump as I had been looking really extensively for the past month on what portable breast pump to get. I bought a main plug in pump and was paying out of pocket for this one for work and wanted to make sure it did everything I needed it to do. I’m a health professional and needed something that would empty me fairly quickly and not give me clogs unlike my previous portable one had three years ago. Figured portable pumps have come a long way since then. I also wanted something not as circular so it wasn’t as bulky in my pumping bra as I have to move around a lot for my profession. Most reviews here raved on how my loved their Eufy, even on Reddit so I bit the bullet and bought this. I was in between these, the Elvies and the Momcozys. I even bought Momcozys but returned it unopened since I was convinced these would work better because of the warming feature and the ability to buy more supplies to save even a few minutes during work so I was quicker with pumping. The pumps came earlier than expected so I was excited to have them before I started working so I can to play with the settings and see what mode would work better for me. On my spectra and baby Buddha I get 8-10oz in the morning when I pump exclusively. Or if I feed baby first and then pump I still get 4-5oz left. There are three modes so far I’ve done the max output and the gentle mode. These were the modes recommended by reviewers. When they didn’t work, I tried the others. The output was the same if not worse. I usually get the most on mornings so I pumped each morning to see if there’s any improvement with the tweaks I’ve used. I make sure everything is in place and nipples are centered and I have a tight fit in my bra. First time I pumped I did 20min max output - I got in total 1.5oz Second time I pumped with flange inserts 20min gentle mode - I got a little less than 2oz Third time I pumped with flange inserts and 30 minutes gentle mode - I thought I was doing ok during it (you can’t see milk output unless you pause and fully take it out) - once again I got 1.5 oz It was so upsetting the third time that I put the spectra on right after since I still felt full (despite the recommendation of 30min pumping otherwise you risk nipple/tissue damage), and in 10minutes it gave me 4oz. And each time despite all the borders of container is sealed, it still somehow managed to leak milk out when pouring it into my storage container. For the amount of money this pump can be especially with paying out of pocket for this, it is not worth it. All it has it that it’s pretty and has looks. These are unusable at my work. It would risk me getting a lower milk supply, clogs, and/or mastitis. Now I have to figure out how I’m going to buy another portable again for work, it’s disappointing. By recommendation from users on facebook and Reddit bought the legendary flange inserts. I’ll update this if it improves. But for now stay away from them unless you want to buy something that just sits there useless.

Extremely loud, finicky, Dolly Parton boobs
I purchased this after hearing many good things about it. I work in healthcare 80+ hours a week and need to be able to pump on the go while seeing patients. Ultimately this pump is a total failure for that, although it does work and I get good output. Pros/Cons Pros 1. Good output 2. Heat function 3. Rechargeable battery pack 4. Remote app functionality CONS 1. Easily spills milk if moving around even slightly at 2 oz collected or more. Cant even walk without spilling milk, the most I can do is the dishes 2. Very finicky pieces. If the duck bill is not securely attached just right the milk does not collect 3. App doesn’t tell you how much milk youve collected and pump will continue until milk is running over. Huge design flaw as it’s meant to be worn under a shirt and cannot be checking output every few minutes, also difficult to see amount in collection cups due to location amd fogging in clear containers 4. Extremely expensive replacement parts and does need replacement every month on the dot 5. Loud motor 6. Painful without special inserts and a lot of practice- I use Legendairy Inserts and they help a lot but it is an additional purchase 7. Cant do fridge method with charging case- will get container gross so I end up carrying both the charging container and a separate bag to carry my detachable parts in. Very bulky 8. This one really bothers me, but they look HUGE when worn. I am not particularly shy with my body but these are embarrassingly obscene to wear even under baggy sweater shirt. It is incredibly obvious. The control lights also sometimes glow through my shirt. 9. Longer to empty me than my spectra. Spectra - 8-12 minutes. Eufy- 30 minutes. 10. Steep learning curve for use. The initial set is not intuitive and the pump was painful until I optimized it scouring Reddit threads and purchasing varying flange inserts. 11. Time consuming to take apart and put together, needs to be exactly snapped right to work. Between the loud motor, many times needed to check if milk is collecting/not spilling over, inability to move with even moderate functionality, extreme cost, finicky parts that fail easily and are time consuming to put together and troubleshoot and very obvious pump I would not purchase this again. I would not use it to wear to work either. It is not discreet and more time consuming to use than a spectra. The only thing I can see these being used for is around family and when sitting perfectly still, such as a long car ride. If you have the ability to pump in an office and do not have to move, with long pump sessions, these may work for you. Edit I have continued using these at work and wear them with a momcozy sports bra which helps the ability to move around. I do still leak from the top if I walk normally with more than 2 oz collected. The heat function has been nice on my nipples, in the cold operating rooms I get vasospasm and they help prevent it. If I store my pump sideways milk will collect into the motor. This happened with my right motor and the output is slightly less from that one. This is after a month of heavy daily use so far as it is my primary pump. I did try the eufy brand spillguards while wearing and unfortunately drops output quite a bit because air cant escape out of the top so milk cant enter the chamber, especially with a good seal with the legendairy inserts.

LOVE MY EUFY!!!
EDIT: **** AFTER 4 MONTHS OF EVERYDAY USE, MY EUFY POURING HOLE BROKE. I STILL KOVE MY EUFY, WORKING TO RESOLVE ISSUE. I love my eufy pump! I'll start with i also have the baby buddha2.0 and I also had another wall pump but returned it due to lack of use. Powerful, wearable breast pump that's a game changer! I love the heating feature and I'm convinced that the yield is higher when I use heat. They are also extremely comfortable, well made- I love the material they're made out of- thick silicone. Not flimsy stuff that will eventually degrade. The pump also comes with 3 sets of duck valves which is nice, and the diaphragms are super well made and thicker material than I've seen for any other pump. I've been using these pumps every day now for 3 months and they still work perfectly. Again, I LOVE them. The most I've pumped seems to be around 170 when I fall asleep wearing them at night and do not empty them half way through my pumping session. These pumps are super easy to clean as well. As long as these bad boys keep working- i rate them 10/10. Side note, I've never had leakage and I always have a great seal between my breast and the pump (and I have rather small teetaws). I find it to be totally worth the money, only breast pump I'll use. Just soooooo convenient! Also, can run through 3 full pump sessions before I have to charge!

Game changer
As a mom juggling a newborn and other kids, the Eufy breast pump has honestly been a game changer for me. The biggest advantage is the freedom it gives—you’re not tied down to one spot. I’ve been able to pump while driving, doing chores, and even feeding my baby a bottle at the same time, which is huge when you’re managing multiple kids and trying to stay on schedule. In terms of performance, I will say my Spectra pump does yield slightly more—about 0.5 to 1 ounce more per session collectively—but for me, the convenience of the Eufy more than makes up for that difference. Being able to move around and multitask is invaluable, especially in the early weeks when feeding sessions are frequent and time-consuming. Comfort-wise, I’ve found that it really depends on having a well-fitting bra. When everything is positioned correctly, it doesn’t feel too heavy and can actually be quite comfortable—sometimes I barely notice it’s on. Other times, it can feel a bit uncomfortable, and I’m still trying to figure out what causes that variation (likely positioning or flange fit). That said, I really appreciate that Eufy includes nipple measurement and flange sizing guidance—this is something all pump brands should offer because it makes a big difference. The pump is also impressively quiet, which is great if you’re around sleeping kids or trying to be discreet in public. Cleaning is straightforward and easy—the parts come apart quickly and don’t feel cumbersome to wash, which is a big plus when you’re already short on time. Another standout feature is the app integration. It includes built-in programs, including options for power pumping, which is incredibly helpful if you’re trying to build or maintain supply. The heating feature is also a nice touch and adds to the overall comfort. I highly recommend getting the portable charging case—it makes a big difference for on-the-go use and keeps everything organized in a compact, easy-to-carry way. Overall, this pump is a must-have for working moms or anyone exclusively pumping. While it may not extract quite as much as a traditional hospital-grade pump, the convenience, mobility, and thoughtful features make it absolutely worth it.

New Moms! These are your holy grail!!!
This pump is 1000000/10 it is my favorite. I’ve tried 6 different pumps so far. I also want to say my bra size pre pregnancy was a 30H and they’ve at least doubled in size so if you’re large chested these definitely work for you! 2 spectra’s (S1 and S2) 9/10 needed to buy smaller flange inserts but over production the same but still feels like too strong of suction. Medela the one at the hospitals. 8/10 It works well nothing crazy. Motif aura -infinity/0 the worst pump ever not only did it suck at collecting any of my milk but it hurt so bad no matter what size flange I used. They were bulky and heavy and the literal worst. And the collection cups were the worst. Medela pump in style. 7/10 was great until it randomly stopped working. But because of that I bought the Eufy. They are the most comfortable I’ve had! I’m in love with them. I don’t feel the suction, I’m not sure why some people said they don’t have a strong suction because when they’re all the way up they definitely do and can hurt even. The warming feature is really nice I think it helps relax me. I set them and forget about them almost to a fault because the output is amazing I’m typically overfilling them (I am an over producer). The collection cups are very easy to pour. Honestly very easy to clean. And they come with a lot of extra flanges and valves. I cannot hype these up enough. If you can get them through insurance do it because they are expensive but they are very much worth it.

Overall good, but had to replace the washable parts after a month
This is my second experience with exclusive pumping. Right now I am pumping 7-8 times per day. For my last baby, the only pump I used was a Spectra, and it did a good job, but I hated that I had to sit down and couldn’t do anything while I was pumping. This is my first experience with a wearable pump and I was very hesitant to try it, particularly because it is so expensive and it isn’t refundable if it doesn’t work the way you want it to. I’ve used it for about 5 weeks now and overall very happy with it, only a few complaints. Comparing it to the Spectra- I can get almost the same volume of milk in 30 min on the eufy compared to 15 min on the Spectra. But when I use the spectra- I am basically using both hands to hold the pumps tightly against my body and massaging the breasts and applying heat with a hand warmer. So for those 15 minutes, I can’t do anything other than watch TV. I can’t even read a book or scroll on my phone because both hands are occupied. But during the 30 minutes I use the eufy, I have both hands available. I can go to the bathroom, give my toddler a bath, do the dishes, etc. As far as comfort, it is as comfortable as the Spectra. Breast pumps in general aren’t comfortable, but it’s tolerable. It also isn’t too loud. It is not at all discrete, though I don’t think it is advertised as being discreet. I wear it around the house, around my parents, and in the car; but personally, I wouldn’t be comfortable wearing it in public or at work. The only other complaint I have is that right around 4 weeks, I noticed my milk production drop suddenly but only with the eufy. I use the Spectra for overnight pumps (because I prefer to get the pump session over with quicker). Normally I can get 3-4oz per side with the Spectra and 2.5-3oz per side with the eufy, but suddenly it dropped to 1-1.5oz per side with the eufy and no change with the Spectra. I didn’t realize that you needed to replace the washable parts (the duckbill, the diaphragm, the plastic reservoir and the flange). I replaced those and the milk output went back up to normal. So that is an additional expense to consider, because the replacement parts aren’t cheap. ***** Update: after six weeks, I am changing my review from four star to three star. I had to replace the washable parts at about 4 weeks, which was earlier than I expected. My supply did go back up to normal after I replaced the parts, but then went back down again two weeks later (I have had no change with the amount of milk. I get when pumping with my spectra during this time). I also started to experience more pain after I replaced the washable parts, even though I’m using the same flange size. At the end of the day, while it is more convenient to be able to move around and do activities while I am pumping, the fact that I have to wear it twice as long, it doesn’t give me as much milk, and it causes pain made it so inconvenient to the point where I don’t use this pump very much. I am keeping it in case I ever have to pump on the go, but when I am at home, I just go back to my spectra.
