First class product and was delivered speedily

Looks good but comes apart when jetting.

Product was rock solid like a brick when opened room ages to break up - that was not easy. Once it was sand it was fine. But shouldn’t have had to spend over an hour braking it up!

This product went hard overnight. Spoke with customer services they state I should have covered in water and it said this on the pack. It did not say this on my pack.The company apologised for the inconvenience but I’m left with a rock rather than some grout

I had high hopes for this.But it was a complete let down, the only thing I liked about it was the colour of the sand. And that’s exactly what it is - coloured sand.Applied exactly as instructed, apparently the wetter the better, utter rubbish, it rained a few hours after I’d applied to my path, what a mess, I’m left with black sand everywhere. It didn’t set at all. The bits that stayed in the gaps didn’t set either (after 3 days)I definitely don’t recommend this product

I think this product is over rated and very expensive.It has been down for at least 3 weeks and still bits coming off so I personally don't recommend it at all
