Great for warming up lunches. Just wished they had a lid for the metal containers so you could put your lunch in the fridge before reheating. The size is perfect. And I love that the inner container is metal and not plastic.

My husband loves his new lunch box! He works in EMS and this is a great solution for him to stick with his meal prep and not eat out all the time on his long shifts.

I just love this electric lunch box… it’s my new favorite gadget and it’s nicely made. The box comes with two inserts although I’m only showing one in the picture. Both inserts and the included utensils are stainless steel which is a huge plus for me because I’m wanting to get away from storing my food in plastic and eating with plastic utensils. I love that it comes with all that you need to maintain it like a cleaning cloth and 2 sponges. I didn’t have a lot of food to heat up today but it only takes about 30 minutes to heat your food. I’ve heated soup, rice and veggies in this thing thus far and I am loving it!

good for casseroles, soups or pasta dishes anything elese it gets a bit hot for.
