As an older person, I wanted to support my collagen levels.With consistent use, it has helped with better sleep, stronger nails, and I’m getting compliments on how good my skin looks. It takes awhile to get used to the taste, but, for me, the benefits outweigh that.

If you have purchased this and do not like the taste and do not want to add the calories from sugars found in juice, I suggest mixing with 8 oz. of coconut water. It increases calories, but it tastes wonderful in my opinion. I hope this helps some with the medicine taste. I currently have the strawberry banana flavor.
