Very hard. Just the way I like it.

I love this toothbrush (I’m African living in America) this is the only toothbrush most African use. So, I’ve bought this product for many years now , as this is my fav toothbrush. The package I got today was a big disappointing. The box was open and all the toothbrush cases were damaged. I’ll still recommend tho.Ps. Everytime I see my dentist he always mentions how extremely clean my teeth are.

Whitening smoke stains very well for me. Even though, the handle is a bit short, I'll continue to work with it.

It bought these brushes to clean parts and other items. I needed a stiff bristle and these brushes are very stiff and have full adult-sized heads. However, they are very hard to hold because of the small child-size handles. They are almost as small, thin and weak as disposable hospital toothbrushes. I just hope they weren't made for the use of children because no one should be smoking, especially children.
