I travel a lot for work and I ordered this based off the comments that it’s firm. I did see the reviews that say there is no chin support and now that I have it I couldn’t agree more. I can make it work but your face will fall forward. It’s thick, sturdy memory foam and is comfortable if you’re sleeping with your head tilted to one side or the other, however it almost seems like it was designed for someone with a longer neck. Overall, it is a good product. Just be aware that it’s BIG. Also I had very little trouble getting it back in the bag. You just have to roll it super tight.

The first thing when I tried the neck pillow on at home was I hit my head on the back as the back support is so thin that you would just touch the plane seat back. I am mainly a side/back tilt sleeper if that makes sense & this neck pillow mainly supports the front. Also for a petite person like me the front might be too big if you don’t like too much support on the front. My boyfriend who is a taller person & likes front support for neck pillow, also tried this pillow and didn’t feel like it provided enough support even in the front for him. Although he was more okay with the back being thinner, he was still not a big fan of it. The cover material is good and soft and looks just like the pictures! Overall, it didn’t work for me and I got another neck pillow that works for me and I’ll be returning this one.
