Good size easy to use
The heating element went rusty after first use

The product seemed ideal and we were very pleased with it until we used it and it leaked. We returned and purchased another expecting we had just been unlucky. Unfortunately the same thing happened with the replacement but the lkeak was in a different place

DANGEROUS PRODUCT
DANGEROUS PRODUCTI brought this bain marie 5 months ago and now the tap has carodied off....pouting boiling water every where. THE COMPANY will not do anything about it...even though it's under warranty....I'm now left with it and now have to bin.... they refused to help
