This is good alternative to the JDM OEM center console for the Honda Fit for a 1/4 the cost. I didn't want to use screws that came with the package as I didn't want to put holes in my existing console material should I decide to take it out. I used 3M double sided tape squares on the front and back to make it snug, otherwise it wobbles around without the screws. The plastic material its actually made of is thin and seems cheap. The armrest itself is comfortable and the leather is soft. Its size is just right and the height is perfect. The removable tray that sits inside pops in and out easily and there is plenty of space under that tray in the rest of the console. All in all I'm happy with it but not thrilled.Pros: Value, Storage Space, ComfortCons: Cheap Material, Needs better way to mount

Weird arm savior!
My husband got this arm rest for me in the beginning of December as we live four hours apart and were gearing up for a drive from Florida to Colorado. I own a 2008 Honda Fit Sport, manual transmission, and it works like a charm! I recently had surgery on my right elbow to move my ulnar nerve and remove the radial head and it left my arm a little tired. It usually is difficult to go long periods of time holding the steering wheel because of the weird arm and this has solved that problem! It has been a life saver for road trips. I also really enjoy the amount of storage it provides. I was concerned at first that it was stealing two of my cup holders but I don't miss them at all, totally worth the switch! It has a pull out cup holder but I have not used it as the back seat is primarily used for the dog. I also was concerned that the arm rest was going to interfere with shifting but not even a little. The installation was quick, just had to screw four screws into the cup holder (the plastic was soft and didn't require a drill) and your done. It hasn't loosened or anything. My only critique is that mine can close a little off center but it is not enough to make me dislike it in any way. I would highly recommend this armrest to any Fit owner that is bummed they don't have an arm rest.

Looks good and provides comfort
The armrest looks good and is a close match to the interior trim (2005 Honda Jazz). The lid is covered in a soft material for added comfort. It fits straight into the cupholders, however it is somewhat unsecure unless you screw it down into your cupholders. They did provide 4 screws and inside the bottom of the armrest there was 4 spots already drilled through for the screws. It was easy enough to screw down into place and is sturdy.Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase. Seems like it will do the job of providing both storage and comfort.

Excellent quality for the price
Excellent quality for the price. The armrest gets held into your rear cupholder using 4 screws (included). It did have a slight chemical smell at first, but it went away after only a couple of days. The top surface is a padded faux leather that looks nice and is not showing any signs of wear or peeling after 6 months.Overall, it's suprisingly sturdy, matches the interior, and resolves one of the few complints I had about our Fit.

This little inexpensive armrest was just what my 2007 Fit was missing. It fits nicely in the rear cup holders and now my passenger and i have. Aplace to put our belongins and our arms. No idea why Honda didnt have these come stock.Only issue i had is that as soon as i removed it from its package the tab that secures the lid shut, broke. I wasnt heart broken, but the material is a little cheap. BUT the whole capartnment is stirdy, im about 200 pounds and i lean on it all the time for whatever reasons and it doesnt give any hint of "get off I'm about to break!"

Perfect fit for the 2007 Honda Fit
Perfect fit for the 2007 Honda Fit. Installation was a little tricky as it required a powered screwdriver with a long enough reach to drive the mounting screws into the base of the cup holder.

Kind of cheap, but it has what you need.
It isn't a tight fit, it kind of wiggles around. The front tab holding the armrest closed inside the cubby broke off after a couple weeks, but you can set it back without any trouble. It has a cubby and an armrest for $60 or whatever, so I'm happy with it.

Great looking aftermarket armrest/center console
Looks great with the rest of the interior of my '07 Honda Fit. It adds extra storage space including a little coin holder. There are screws included to securely attach it to the backseat cupholder. I just like having somewhere to rest my arm while I drive.
