Yes! This has helped me so much! I would wake at night with pain and numbness, tingling every time I went to bed. Plus there was pain in back of wrist midway up the back of my hand. I did something to my wrist, accidentally pushed off my chair and strained it. I couldn't lift much with it and had limited mobility. It was like this for over a week. I decided during the night to look up wrist guards for nighttime, since I wasn't sleeping anyway. I ordered it around 2:30 a.m.. It was delivered the next day, actually the same day, at 11 a.m.! That night was so much better! I didn't close my hand too much and overstretch my wrist while sleeping. After taking it off my wrist was a bit sore on back side, but it went away within the hour. Second night I didn't wear it as tight. It was still great to wear. I had some pain on the back of the wrist and it went away. 3rd night even better. No wrist pain. I went one night without it and was ok. I was able to lift things, put my daughter's bridal shower together and cook that morning. It didn't hurt much if at all. I didn't wear it just to see how it went. It was ok. So, it really does work, keeps wrist straight and helps me not to bend it too much and overstretch it.

My doctor advised me to buy a wrist brace with a metal bar to sleep in at night for carpal tunnel. I purchased this one in a size S/M. I wear a size 6 & 3/4'' bracelet. The size chart said I should buy size M/L. I am glad I didn't follow the size chart. I love the adjustability of this brace. I fits perfectly. I really like this brace. It keeps my wrist straight at night. I have found that my pain has reduced during the day since I have began wearing it. I will be ordering another so I will have one while I am washing and drying the other. I highly recommend it.

This was a really good, adjustable size. It's sturdy. It's comfortable. Comes with three straps -- one, sort of the main one, that wraps all the way around the wrist, which adds a little central support I like. The other two are the basic 'hold closed' straps that are shorter and let the openings on both ends adjust better. It's a good design. There's an inner sleeve that keeps your hand separated from the straps, so you're not rubbing against them in any way, and there's some nice padding all over on the inside. I've not tried washing the thing yet, but it does have sort of picture-coded wash instructions on the label (and in the box). Overall, I'm super pleased with this brace.

As someone who suffers from carpal tunnel, this wrist brace provides excellent support for my hand. I’ve tried braces from other brands, but this one offers noticeably better stability while still being comfortable and easy to wear. It stays in place well. The only down side is that it’s a bit bulky, hard to do things with the brace on. More optimal for bedtime

This is very good and a very stable wrist brace. All their wrist braces still makes my wrist drop and hand because there's not enough support. This one is nice, snug and has maximum support and my wrist is always straight when wearing the braids. It has maximum support because of not only the three helpful straps that help you adjust to your liking but as well as the length of the brace. The longer the brace the more support it has on your wrist because it allows brace to fully use more of your forearm as leverage and support for your wrist. Out of three wrist braces / I tested this one was the keeper.

Doctor recommended but being left-handed, they didn't have one in stock. The doc looked over my shoulder when i searched for one and checked it after it arrived (on time). It's comfortable, keeps my wrist straight and prevents hyper-extending it (which is what I did in the first place). It does interfere with typing on a keyboard, something it's supposed to do. The velcro closures are very strong and easy to adjust. It slipped on easily, the extra layer inside keeps my hand from chafing. Sometimes I forget I have it on. Highly recommended.

This brace is a great value for the price. I have bought two. I wear once while the other is being washed. I actually wash it in the dishwasher. I have both Carpal Tunnel and Guyon Tunnel compression. Since wearing this brace at night and while I am doing repetitive activities such as weeding the garden, the burning pain in my hand is considerably less, giving me confidence that I can avoid surgery.

So after carpal tunnel release on both hands didn't work as I had hoped, I underwent more tests only to get the verdict that further surgery would not help, I was referred to therapy. The therapist began me on wrist braces both hands at night. You'd think wearing braces at night would be god-awful uncomfortable. I went to bed, hoping I wouldn't sock myself in the nose or worse, club my sleeping partner. But oddly enough, I sleep just fine and haven't bloodied noses yet. The braces are well-padded and the three velcro straps hold them well to my wrist and are not uncomfortable. There is a removable flat metal under the wrist to hold firm and straight. When you order, be sure you have the size and which hand you require.
