For reference, I have thick, fine, straight blonde hair. I love this stuff. The hold, the scent, the shine. It's perfect for my hair type, and the hold is strong but still pliable. It's perfect for pomps or just slicking your hair back. Something I love about it is that I can restyle my hair throughout the day without needing to reapply - the stuff just stays in. It smells great (kinda citrusy), and the scent is quite strong; I like this. The only drawback is that this stuff is pretty hard to get out. It does not come out with water like Suavecito's water based pomades, nor does it come out with shampoo in one wash. I'll find I often still have a bit left in my hair after a shower at night (which honestly isn't a problem for me, makes styling the next day easier, lol). This pomade can literally stay in your hair for days. Be aware of this when using! Overall, it's fantastic for what it is. A firm oil pomade with fantastic shine and stellar scent to boot. Just know that it won't wash out easily!

This is a wonderful product. First off, scent is great. If you have thick, wavy hair this product is a game changer. Makes hair very manageable and easy to style without that stiff, old school aqua net feel. Leaves hair with a natural healthy shine. Not greasy at all. It lasts all day and allows for restyling! Would give it 6 stars if I could!

Oil based! Very thick and long lasting. Doesn’t wash out quickly, which I like. It allows me to comb and fix throughout the day and maintains hold, unlike most water based pomades.

Scent: Classic Suavecito pomade scent, heavy cologne overtones. Hold: Very waxy, Moderate to heavy hold. Overall: Suavecito gets a bad rep from a lot of pomade enthusiasts. They're a large brand and their products are definitely great for beginners, but leave a lot to be desired from experienced greasers and pomade users. That being said, this is an all around solid grease that is obviously very different from their water based products. (Aside from the scent, that is)

If you’re looking for a traditional pomade, this is a great one. Just three ingredients; petrolatum, wax, and fragrance. Use a lot for a slick look or just a little for hair moisturizing. This is more than something like Tres Flores in that it does have a wax for control and hold. Nice scent, not too strong. Amount of hold will depend on variables like hair type and weather. I use a small amount and find that it washes out easily with my regular shampoo. The metal can is a nice touch and good quality.

Coming from someone who rarely ever uses any type of hair product, this is the real deal. I detest the hard, sticky feeling of hair gels and mousse so I decided to try this. First off, it smells great....very manly and the scent stays with you for quite a while. Sure, it's greasy but it's very easy to work with and surprisingly easy to get out of your hair when done (just put conditioner in your hair and let sit for 15 minutes, rinse & shampoo and voila, 90% of it is gone). It holds up quite well throughout the day and if not, it restyle very easily without the use of water. This product is exactly what I have been looking for! I'm 43 years old and realized that I, unlike all my friends, am not going bald at ALL so I figured I'd better make my hair look good!

I’ve always avoided oil based pomades because I have fine hair I’m not losing it I have a lot but the strands are very thin and break easily. I’ve used water based pomades, Wax, Paste, Powder, Etc. I’ve tried everything and I like a few of them but figured if I was going to try all those might as well try an oil based product. This stuff has the Suavecito smell it’s a good smell. The Pomade easily spreads in my hands and applying to dry hair is so easy! The best part is that it’s so easy to fix my hair later in the day and it looks exactly the same. The only downside for this is washing It out it’s a little difficult about 2-3 washes to get it out. I have been saving it for weekends out going out not daily wear because of this but I will be buying more when I run out

Abuelo used his 3 Flowers and I liked the product but just cant deal with the old man scent. I love Suavecito's scent and was excited to see an oil-based pomade. I was expecting something a little 'looser'. It takes a bit of warming up in your palms and is difficult to spread into thicker hair. Once in though, it holds really well without tacking up or flaking and the scent is great. I just need something less waxy.

Excelente producto. De mis favs. Aroma agradable. Con poco producto se fija el cabello. Demasiado producto, hace pesado el peinado y más si es cabello largo. Fácil de lavar.

High shine and strong hold

At last I have found the perfect hair dressing! Tried many over the years and this is by far the best for me. Feels great, looks great, smells great! Apply sparingly to dry hair, ( oil based dressing and water don’t mix) more of a nice sheen than a shine, holds well throughout the day, and can comb through again in the evening for a tidy up and freshen up without adding any more. Well pleased!
