Worked one time before the auto feed stripped itself and it quit feeding. It also recoils poorly and easily gets kinked up making it difficult to fully recoil.

This works really well & was able to clear my clog that my drill mounted 1/4in snake couldn't. I'm glad I have paid my last plumber. Over all the machine is easy to set up & use. The only thing I really don't like is the handle folds easy but the 2 slaves are very sloppy & allow a lot of movement in the handle when you transport it. Also my clog caused the cable to bind & that caused a huge tangle inside the drum. But I learned you just take off the auto feed with 2 bolts & the 4 cap screws on the silver snout (it's made of plastic) & you can easily rotate the black drum inside that feeds the cable. After about 5 mins I was able to trip all the cable out & fix the tangle then auto fed the cable back in. So not to upset about a tangle now it's fairly easy to fix. So other than the sloppy handle I'm really happy with my purchase. The manual says it's a harbor freight tools product. But when I looked at HF I couldn't find a 75ft 3/8 machine. Buy it..pay once & save your self a ton on plumbers.

it would NOT recoil , the cable would knot up on recoil , even after unwinding the spool to try to recoil it would knot up.

Don't buy, I'm happy for those who bought and worked fine for them. I am on the long list of unhappy customers. The cable kinks like I've never seen. I followed instructions, I know how to read. Even wearing gloves it kinked so bad that it twisted my hand, thank God it has a reverse switch and I was able to free my hand. It kinks really bad. I had to break the box it came in in order to get the machine out so I can't even return it. Also the attachment bulb is too big for the pipes to go through smoothly. So at the end of this horrible experience, I not only have a worthless machine but I now have a leak behind the kitchen wall caused by it. Don't buy

Works but not long enough to go very far go 100 ft of you need this item .

The end of the chain was broke from the connector. I used it once and noticed the chain was not connected to retract the chain back. I had to manually pull chain out of drain.
