I've been using Re-Lyte Rehydration Powder for a while now, and overall, it's a solid product. The formula does a great job of replenishing electrolytes, keeping me hydrated, and boosting my energy during workouts. I particularly like that it doesn't have any artificial sweeteners or unnecessary additives, which can be hard to find in hydration products.The taste is decent—refreshing but not overpowering, and it dissolves well in water. I've noticed a positive difference in how I feel after intense workouts, with less fatigue and faster recovery, especially during long training sessions.However, the one major downside is the price. It’s on the expensive side compared to other similar products, and while the quality is great, it’s hard to justify the cost, especially if you're using it regularly. If you don't mind spending a little extra for a clean, effective product, Re-Lyte is worth it. But if you're budget-conscious, there are more affordable options out there that get the job done too.In summary, it's a good hydration powder with a clean ingredient list, but the price keeps it from being a full 5-star product for me.

This is listed as generic re-lyte with 30 servings, the product is usually sold in a larger 60 serving size. Redmond does offer this smaller size but currently out of stock in their store. Not sure why it says generic - was not the bargain I expected at this price.

Container was not sealed properly from the factory when I received. It powder was everywhere inside the bag. It is also not eligible for a return, so it is basically a loss.

Item arrived covered in powder and seal was broken.
