My own specific need was increasing the useful area of floor in my walking room. My dogs - still enthusiastic from their walk - approach vacated Wellington boots as a type of ten pin bowling spreading them to all the corners, nooks and crannies, wet or dry. The boot holder took the boots,in their pairs, enabling them to be hung and cleaned later.I didn't expect nano technology for the price but then I don't need it for my boots.The construction is strong and flexible, the only fault I found was that on occasion wet and muddy boots 'slip' from their grip. It's not a frequent occurence, and my wellies are large and heavy with mud, being careful how they are clamped may help.

Quite expensive for what are giant clothes pegs and a little tricky to fit initially until you get the knack !Works well though & keeps slugs & creepy crawlers out - ideal for outdoor camping etc.I would recommend them for use in similar circumstances.

It’s alright if you’re using them on cheap/thin wellies. But anything thicker or neoprene lined and they struggle to open wide enough to be an effective clamp. I’m a bit disappointed.

Bought this clamp to take my boots to Glastonbury, sadly the boots went to Glastonbury but the clamp stayed in the car … carrying the boots from the house to the car and I dropped one boot!! If this had happened in the queue at Glasto I would have been in trouble.

Bought as an extra Mother’s Day present and it was well received. In fact, my step mum was highly delighted. This clip is well made and worth the money. Would definitely recommend!

Happy with these. Can now keep boots in shed on standby for those muddy days.

Not five stars because although the grip is firm, both pairs of wellies slip out if knocked. I have stuck some 'rough' tape on the insides and this has given better hold and solved the problem.
