We were excited to find close to what we are looking for but...
on turning the machine on and simply running a browser, no programs, the unit ran so hot the keyboard was uncomfortable to the touch. we felt is was a fire hazard.But the seller is very very responsive and kind and worked hard to make it right by either refund or replacement. Would purchase again. These things happen.UpdateWorking with the seller has been an excellent experience. We successfully returned the unit and purchased an identical one to replace it from the same seller and have had no issues since so far.Communicative and a good experience. Thank you.

Solid system for high end use great value. Half the price of a Surface laptop!
This laptop is for one of my engineers to use for CAD\Solidworks

Works perfectly, only one concern was after a week of use, the SSD door on the bottom kept popping off.
