A few of the ingredients in this supplement pack, I already take singularly on a daily basis. The 5 capsules are large and are meant to be taken with food, once per day. It is nice that everything you need is in one little pouch! So, the packaging is super convenient and easy for travel.This particular health pack is geared toward the aging or older female. That’s me. This is something I desperately need! I have not yet finished my first box, but so far, I haven’t discerned any changes in me, but I take a lot of supplements. It can be really hard to know exactly what or if you are getting benefits from a product. I may have to come back for updated comments when I complete a few more boxes. I am planning on adding this product to my daily supplement regimen.These capsules provide the right balance of vitamins and other nutrients for someone who needs orthopedic support. This Mobility & Bone Support Supplement arrived well-packaged and contained 30 Single-wrapped Packs, with one Serving Size being 1 Pack. Each Pack contains 5 Capsules, which are easy to swallow and don’t have any bad Aftertaste. I like the Combination of Healthy Ingredients. I also like the Convenience of taking all the Ingredients at once; but I wish there weren’t 5 Capsules to take. Also, it’s pricy for a 30-Day Supply.

This supplement contains Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and MSM to help protect and repair joints, and Turmeric and Boswellia to support a healthy inflammation response. It also includes Vitamin C and Hyaluronic Acid to support joint lubrication and range of motion, and to promote collagen production. There are 5 capsules to take daily and them come prepacked in individual pouches. This makes it so easy to throw in your bag/backpack/suitcase and take wherever you go so that you can stay mobile and healthy on the go!These capsules are a larger size and can be difficult to swallow. I need plenty of water and sometimes a snack or some bites of food to help push them down. I take 1 capsule at a time and make sure that the overlap on the capsule cover is facing the right way in my throat and that helps. The capsules are odorless and tasteless. I have not experienced any stomach upset or negative side effects, but I typically take these capsules with lunch. Each box comes with 30 packets so it is a 1-month supply. The price is pretty reasonable and I like the convenience of the packaging.

First of all, the reason I'm knocking off a star is because the capsules are large and difficult for me to swallow.These are perfect if you're going on a trip and want a grab and go packet of these supplements. The individual packets are well sealed. The box was packed in March 2024 and have an expiration date of March 2026.I don't have a problem taking loose pills while at home so I don't like the packaging waste of this product.

Love that it comes together in a small easy to use daily pack of pills. As someone who often forgets to take vitamins these packs make it easy. I keep the box on the counter so it's easy to grab a pack while making coffee in the morning. They are easy to swallow and provide a wide variety of multivitamins.

Although this generates some packaging waste if taken daily, it is convenient and provides a worry free way to take vitamin like pills sans bottles. I like this fact. I also think these are great for traveling and provide the right amount of vitamins and support for someone who needs it. They are good quality and super convenient.
