Barebones products are well made and make yard and garden work easy. I own several tools made by this company. They are all excellent.The simple, clean design of this pruner is ideal for cutting small to medium diameter tree or shrubbery branches.

I love everything about these pruning shears!Their size is perfectTheir heavier duty weight seems sturdy (and perfect… not too heavy)I love the finish on the metal (looks like it will withstand rust with some easy basic care)They seem well made and look like they’ll lastThe sheath is great… VERY heavy duty riveted canvas with a snap closure over the pruners and a metal belt/pants clip on the backThey’re just all around greatI’ll update if they don’t hold up, but I really think that they will!

These snips are very high quality and feel like they’ll last for a long time! The look is very nice, looks like I got them from my grandparents old collection.

Not only do these gardening shears look good they work like a dream. I love how they cut through thick branches and shrubs like butter. So easy to handle and more than a year later I still use them often and they are still as sharp as ever. I love the look and the quality is exceptional. I know I will use these for years to come.

These pruners cut well so far. But one anoying problem, the sheath which attaches to my belt so I don’t loose the shears in the woods. The sheath has a strap which should snap and keep the shears from falling out but is about one inch too short, it’s impossible to snap the strap. The strap is useless and I might as well cut it off so it’s not in the way. Obviously no one checked it in the factory.

Ok so before I gave this review only 2 stars but since then I have bumped it up to 4 stars.The pruners work really well, also it’s very sturdy and feels comfortable in the hand(I have small hands for a man) it’s easy to sharpen, can’t say enough good things about the pruners however the sheath it comes in I still dislike other wise it would’ve gotten 5 stars.

My grandfather had one exactly like this and this one is superior . Looking forward to many years of use. Highly recommended.

Love these pruners. I’ve used them a handful of times since I purchased them and they work really well only wish they had some padding.

This is a well-made pruner, they work wonderfully. I've only had them for a week so I can't comment on longevity but I have high hopes that they will be around for years.
