A Pleasant Read
Such a heart warming novel albeit a little predictable. But that doesn't matter when you get lost in the book. Loved the drama. Loved how lively it was.Made me laugh and think. If you've some time on your hands, give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Fabulous
"Blissed" by Pippa Grante is a heartwarming and humorous romcom that blends emotional depth with lighthearted moments. The story follows Natalie Castellano, a divorced single mother trying to keep her late mother’s bridal shop afloat in the wedding-obsessed town of Bliss, Illinois. As she struggles against the town's rigid expectations and the antagonistic Queen General, Natalie is determined to honor her mother's legacy by making the Golden Husband Games successful.Enter CJ, a war widower and adventurer, who returns to Bliss for his sister's wedding. His unexpected connection with Natalie leads to a journey filled with laughter, tears, and personal growth. Farrell's witty dialogue and well-developed characters make this book a delightful read. Noah, Natalie’s son, adds charm and depth to the story."Blissed" explores themes of loss, resilience, and second chances, making it a touching andengaging read.Highly recommended for romance lovers seeking a feel-good story with substance.

A bit dragged
Parts of it are nice and funny. Storyline is actually good. If the author had handled it with originality it could have been a total entertainer. But the golden husbands game was poor imitation of Triwizard tournament, straight from Harry Potter and that was the worst letdown. Read only if you want to pass time and don't have much to do.

Annoying
Such an annoying read, can't get myself to go past more than two pages. But still I convinced myself that it would get better once the story arc starts...I was wrong. couldn't take any more of it,ended up deleting it from my Kindle. It is like reading a teen blog! Annoying.

All the emotions and all the swoons
I loved CJ and Natalie (and Noah’s) love story. This is a romcom but also an emotional tale about loss, rebuilding, and never giving up on your dreams as told through sweet moments, steamy scenes, chuckles, supportive friends, messy families, painful pasts, and heart squeezing love. The story will give you all the feels - laughing, crying, swooning, cringing, teeth gritting, and cheering. Natalie works at Bliss Bridal in Bliss, a small town known for weddings. She works at her family’s bridal shop recently taking over after the unexpected death of her mother. Unfortunately, since she’s divorced and a single mother, she’s being pushed out of Bliss but before she leaves, she’s determined to make this year’s husband games the best ever to honor her mother. CJ was married in Bliss 5 years ago but became a war widower within a year of his marriage. Since his wife’s death he’s been living the life of a world traveling adventurer. He’s back in a Bliss for his sister’s wedding before he leaves for his next adventure. The journey to an HEA for these two bruised but not broken people is a hilarious, swoony, and painful journey but I enjoyed every minute of the ride to get there. I loved that Noah was a wonderful and integral addition to the story rather than a flimsy story prop. The story was well written and included witty dialogue, three dimensional characters who grow, and an engaging storyline. I am looking forward to the next story in the series with one of the many interesting supporting characters the author developed in this story.

Recommend
I have a few words that would land me in debt with Noah's college found. All of them born out of frustration some times. It was a good story, great but frustrating characters all of them, I wanted a less open ended end but I'm happy that I get to learn more of them in the next book.

A good read
I read books, lots of books, often two or three in a day. You can imagine that I have a really good grasp of the books of this genre out there. Lately, there are so many with lots of spelling mistakes, really bad grammar, missed words, repeats, etc. I often don’t leave reviews because even though the storyline might be good, the way it’s written hasn’t really grabbed my attention. I have really enjoyed Blissed. If there were spelling mistakes, I didn’t notice them if there was bad grammar I didn’t notice it and that’s because there was none or very few, and because it was well written and a good storyline. It was a much more mature writing style than I’ve read more recently, Thank you.
