Diamond FX Neon color contains certain neon pigments that haven't been tested by the FDA, and is therefore labeled for use on hair and special effects only, and not a cosmetic. Diamond FX Neon Blue, Neon White and Neon Violet colors are available as cosmetic grade with ingredients that have been FDA approved for cosmetic use. Neon Violet Cosmetic has been approved for use as cosmetic. Diamond FX Neon Colors are not recommended for use around lips and eyes. Avoid contact with upholstery, carpets and fabric.
