Only been using it about five days. My gut tolerates it well, and it seems to have settled things down a bit. I've been mixing it in a glass of water, or some days in Greek yogurt. Has a taste that is not unpleasant. My only complaint is that the little scoop that's provided, plus the bag it comes in, equals a near impossible mess when attempting to get a full dose. The serving on the bag is shown as 1000 mg, which is roughly a quarter tsp. It's much easier to get as teaspoon in the bag and eyeball a ~1/4 tsp.

Really like this productIt states on the package to take on an empty stomach or 1 to 2 hours before or after eating. It's tasteless easily mixes with water and settled bloat down immediately. I highly recommend hope they continue to make this available.

I was told eating this kind of thing could help to increase my muscle growth or something like that. It seems to be working because as an underweight person that's been trying to gain weight, I finally got back the weight I lost when I was a teenager and have since gained 3 more pounds. This will probably continue. Perhaps the most influential medicine I've had in forever.

This product did not work properly for me. I see it's not available for sale an the moment. I wonder if there was a quality control issue? Because product I recieved grew mold instead of yogurt. :-(
