Tastes pretty good! For sure not gross. It you’re expecting melted ice cream, you’re likely going to be disappointed, it’s not nearly that sweet, but to be honest, if you’re doing keto of some sort, you don’t want anything quite that sweet since it tends to change your taste when you avoid sugar for a while. You can taste the salt, but it’s not overpowering and again, keto dieters may actually like this (my husband and I are primarily carnivore and he jokes he’s going to buy a salt lick for me! lol) Mixes nicely, no clumps, even when I used cold heavy whipping cream and cold water. I also like that the calorie content is customizable, depending on how much cream or other fat you add. I have chronic illness so this is a total win for low spoon days to be able to stay keto! It’s even easier than ordering out! Also the ingredients are higher quality and cleaner than their competitors.

Keto Chow may be the best option out there for those looking to stay healthy, low carb and sugar free. Not only can some of the flavors be used as a meal replacement, there are so many varieties of options possible to use a multitude of flavors in so many ways. Everything from soups, gravies, breads, shakes, ice cream or just simply as a nutritiously delicious shake. So worth the try, the purchase and definitely experiment! Options are endless, flavors are outstanding and best of all, almost zero dietary impact perfect for those looking for minimal blood sugar impact, perfect for Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetics and those just looking for minimal dietary impact. Ordered the starter kit due to offering the Shaker cup. Figured it was a much in order to mix the powder and liquids. Pretty much useless.. I have tried every way to get this powder to dissolve and mix ,( mixer, wish, 2 shaker balls, spoon..) the powder is so thick it just clumps so even tho the taste of all the flavors are very flavorful ! the random powder clumps as ur drinking id enough to ruin it and makes me feel sick.. overall if u figure out how to mix well its pretty good product , it Does keep u feeling full. My favorite is Caramel Macchiato. Nice to just be able to grab and go for a meal.

Trying to find a premium meal replacement that is best for diabetics that are trying to regulate with diet. This is pretty expensive for a meal replacement but if it works, Then I'm all for it. I usually judge a product by the vanilla as that flavor usually shows off the "gross". flavors of a product. This is more salty than I expected, some strange chemically flavors that are not the artificial sweeteners as those I know.. something else, almost like a multivitamin. flavor is pretty weak, it's a light hint of vanilla. It would be better if the vanilla flavor was more pronounced. And yes this needs to be cold, drinking it warm the strange multivitamin and salty flavors are way more strong. Will try the rest of the flavors this week as this is my lunch replacement. I used heavy whipping cream for the "fat" in it... I do wish they would get consistant on measurements... I strongly suggest taking a sharpie to the cup first and put in the 3 cups of water (24oz they reccomend) and mark the line. then add a 1/2 cup cream and mark that line the cups should have had this printed on it or emboss measurements in the side.

I get that it's Keto but my goodness the sodium... Way too salty. On the bright side I got a new Shaker Bottle I guess.

Each of the flavors was delicious! The shaker bottle seals tightly. Things shake up easily. Do yourself a favor-- make them the day before and let them sit in the fridge overnight. They get thick, rich, and creamy after having time to do their thing!!

Very filling and keeps you on ketosis. The taste is fantastic I taste like the package. If it says banana it really taste like that.
