Effective and works as advertised. Use it for my action camera, fits easily onto the loop and does add flotation while also fitting around your arm. Adjustable, although I did not like the plactic strap, it does work.Recommended for small light weight action cameras or GoPro's

Great strap. Easy to attach to camera. Just make sure you want it to float. If you're diving and "drop" it, it will go up faster than you should. If you're snorkeling or fishing and up on top of the water it keeps your camera floating.

Well, the item certainly is as described. Just be aware, the wrist strap is really big. I mean, I could strap this to a small boat and it would keep it from sinking. I'll have to think of another purpose for it rather than my tiny GPSr. Not that it's a poor quality strap, it's just really big!

I'm using this on a TG7 underwater camera I found while scuba diving in the Galapagos in an area popular with kayakers. If the previous owner has used this they'd probably still have the camera they dropped overboard. I already have a TG7 I use when scuba diving, so I'm going to use the found camera for boating, fishing, and snorkeling with this strap for security.

I have 2 requirements for this strap: it must stay attached to the camera, and it must float the camera. For my Olympus TG-5, it meets both requirements. It does have a fastex-type attachment so it can easily be removed without having to rethread the string attachment, and it might be a good idea to glue that device shut so the camera can't be detached by accident. The strap seems to be fairly well made, but built to a price point, so it won't last forever. I haven't owned it long enough to rate its durability.

Can confirm it floats, but not buoyant enough to be annoying. lol nice that it’s detachable so you can take it off the dry off the floating part.

I like the idea, but the black piece that is suppose to make it smaller keeps sliding down. So I was a little worried about loosing it. It was comfortable around the wrist even when the black piece made it tighter, to bad it didn’t work and stay tighter.
