This is a replica of the TRX system. In my opinion, this is a fairly on-the-go system that is suitable for when I am doing some I am away training or need a light load and need to get back to the Gym but can't afford the time mentality. So, if you were curious about the whole system, it might be a good solution to try it out using this and see if the whole idea will suit you or not. Just beware, this is missing the biceps rod and the elastic band that I see on other systems, still at the price that is nothing you can't get separately. All in all, the thing is pretty simple and looks like it could take a beating. Just be sure to inspect it, as fraying, if it happens, would lead to a bad injury. Having said that, the material looks solid, and it is unlikely to fray unless you are intentionally trying to.
