Was taking Pregnacare but they made me really sick and gave me constant diarrhoea, swapped to these and symptoms eased a lot so I would recommend these. Contain everything you need and a lot gentler on the stomach.

I didn’t take these vitamins yet, only because I didn’t know about them, until found in Sainsbury’s. When my current vitamins will finish I’ll definitely buy these. These vitamins are GREAT especially for hypothyroid mums to be who already being treated with thyroxine - so no iodine (when you take thyroxine you should not take additional iodine). Every ‘on earth’ vitamins for pregnant contains Iodine , which pretty unfair, what about those who cannot take iodine because of other treatment?? So THESE vitamins are perfect for mums to be like me. I wish i knew about them before! Don’t be so put off because they don’t have iodine, if your doctor really recommends iodine for you then he’ll prescribe or arrange additional supplement if so important!!!

Please do not buy this if you are pregnant or planning on becoming pregnant! Sanatogen mum to be does not contain iodine which is essential for babies brain development and needs to be supplemented as we are all deficient in the UK. Deficiency in pregnancy lowers babies IQ and cannot be reversed.

Only one months supply rather than 60 days as need to take 2 a day. Also the omega tablets are large and difficult to take. I have never had a problem taking tablets before but I do with these.

Very Good price on amazon. Product good, vitamin tablet doesn't smell like the pregnacare ones. Would recommend to my friends.
