I do a lot of 'healthy walking' these days, which is great for my heart but not so good for my older man knees. These supports are the latest addition to my fighting off the pain arsenal. I was surprised by both the quality and fit, considering the price for a pair of the things. They are thicker than I expected, and nice and soft against the skin once on. Very good fit if you do the right measurements to start with. Was a bit concerned about the grippy stuff at the inside top hem, but it does the job of holding them up without feeling overly tight and certainly not uncomfortable. Most important of all, I walked the two miles to work today (up a steep gradient) at an average rate of 3.5mph and none of the usual aching knees when I arrived. My only concern is how long the elasticity/grip will last, but I will review the review if they go floppy quickly. At the minute I have no complaints, in fact I'd say money well spent as you can't put a price on knees. Well you can, in my case it was £6.50 per leg...

Now, these have proven to be extremely helpful! Originally I was going to use them myself. ( I suffer a little with my right leg/Knee from my pregnancy weight. )However, my father who is in his 70's has great knee problems. His knee has been swollen with a dull ache for quite some time. He struggles getting up out of a seat or out of the sofa. as well as struggling with stairs and so on. ( He is a very fit person apart from his knee... ) Sadly his sister has also had knee problems and has just had an operation.Now, these knee supports dad asked if he could use them so of course I said yes. He came in today with them on and has said just how happy he was with them. He say's they have remarkably helped take his swelling down. ( only a little but still that a huge plus ) He also states at the support they are giving him he is able to move around a little more freely and it's also helping with the pain.He very highly recommends and as I do. Very good buy... supports your knees perfectly. They have an anti-slip strip at the top/bottom to stop them from slipping down your leg.Feel nice on and are comfortable.Priced very well and a good quality. Now that I have your attention, these Transformed My Squatting.Following a fall during a soccer game I had been getting slight patellar/kneecap mistracking. Squatting became a problem due to the pain and instability. These supports resolved the issue. And I have now stopped using them except for heavy lifting days.Provided you use the supplied size guide and measure correctly they will be snug. This is very important for them to do their job. Mine held the kneecap firm and let it move smoothly as I rebuilt the muscles. Now that I have regained strength and massaged the quads I have recovered correct tracking.I can train without them now but will continue to wear them for heavy days as the really do make squatting more stable. I use them along with a belt, squatting shoes and wrist wraps.After a few months they look as good as new.Remember size wise I recommend going to the trouble of taking actual tape measurements of your thighs a few inches above the knee as instructed and looking up the corresponding size fit. They need to be snug, yet not too tight.

This are really comfortable and don't slip which is very important if you use them for any strenuous activity. The instructions where in Chinese (I think) but from the aroma I think these contain Latex so beware if you have any allergies to that. They grip well, and I bought the XL and they fited well - but I do think they are Asian fit so order a size up if in any doubt. I'm a med build so I'm not sure if you are well built if these would fit even in the XL. However, I was impressed and would recommend.

Followed the instructions in the sizing chart picture on the left hand side of the product page and they proved to be a snug but comfortable fit. They deliver the support they advertise and I have found that they do not roll over or slip down during moderate power walking / jogging exercise. The fit behind the knee is comfortable and does not 'bunch up'. We have hand washed ours a couple of times using a mild detergent and they seem to be fine with that. We have also washed them on a 30degC cool quick wash and that seems OK as well, but they do lose a bit of dye, so either put in a colour catcher sheet or wash them with dark / black items. We did not tumble dry them though. We have since bought an extra pair for when the others are drying.

Worked great on my 1/2 marathon, stopped the normal IT band pain i get around 15km+. Didn't slip at all and I didn't get too hot in them despite 28C weather. Fantastic value, thoroughly recommended!

My job has recently gone from being desk bound to mobile. On a busy day, I walk four to five miles on a busy day. While this helped me lose a stone or two, and it's handy for the circulation and my heart rate, it's not always great for my knees (which sometimes think I'm my old less healthy self).Not long before these arrived, I over-exerted myself on the job and the supports arrived just in time to help get over the injury. While the injury itself is still healing and the particular leg's still a bit tender, it's definitely proving its worth. Another reviewer has said that they're thicker than you'd expect, and also nice and soft against the skin once on, and I can't really disagree. They're good quality material and a great fit without being too tight or uncomfortable.If you're looking for a knee support at a reasonable price, this should fit the bill perfectly

these supports have made a significant difference. I am a builder and up and down all day on my knees and although I do use knee pads my knees still get very stiff and sore. I am now wearing these every day and have found a great difference. If I were to rate my weekly knee discomfort/pain before these I would call it a 5 out of 10.....now wearing these daily less than 2 out of 10. I am about to buy another pair for a change when in wash.
