Wonderful Multivitamins for vegetarian.
After taking it at night before sleeping, it feels very nice throughout the next day. Keeps energetic. Change is definitely noticeable. Just go for it. Don't think too much.

Foul smell
I take this medicine for overall health, but after consuming it my breath smells like rotten tomatoes and this foul smell comes from this medicine.

One of the 3 brands with vegetarian multi-vitamins
I have tried all the three brands of multi-vitamins. This is the only one that really showed a difference. There is a noticeable difference.However, I prefer to have the foil pack as against this bottle pack. I cannot carry 2-3 tablets on my travel. I deducted 1 star only because of that.

Use by date
Not able to know the use by Date at the time ordering and if the product is not returnable customers ll be worst affected .

Causes stomach pain as soon it is taken
My parents used to complain that it caused stomach pain and stopped using it so then I tried myself and experience same, it is very hard on digestive system.
