No instructions about how to use
Doesn’t come with any instructions. Even from the company website. I was scouring the Internet while the milk was heating. I thought one tablet equalled a quarter teaspoon. But it appears that A quarter of a tablet equals a quarter of a teaspoon. Not done with the cheese yet. But this is not a good start.

Recibí muy rápido pero, no me funcionó. Hay otros tipos de cuajos que quizá funcionen mejor. Muy caro el producto para que no funcione. El queso no debe quedar así aguado sin cuerpo, y si queda es porque no sirve el cuajo
