It’s a great tracker but it is defective.
I liked that the product is great for finding objects as intended but I have to stay connected with Bluetooth in order to do that. I have other Bluetooth devices I often use and my tracker becomes useless since I can only see where it last was. When I am connected it randomly disconnects and beeps continually , so normally I don’t even use it anymore

Fragile with potential
I love this product but I’ve had it barely over a month and I dropped my keys once and it stopped working completely.

Inconsistent performance is the best way to describe this product
Inconsistent performance is the best way to describe this product. Even when in range I will lose contact with the Smart Tag. I have to re-start the phone to get contact back and then it still doesn't stay connected if if I stay in range.I have updated app and cleared and re-connected the smart tag but no improvements. Customer support responds but no solution offered.

SwiftFinder ST02 vs. BCKAKQA
I bought 1 BCKAKQA finder and 1 of the SwiftFinder ST02 to compare which one would work better for my Dad. He is hard of hearing and technically challenged. The BCKAKQA finder was noticeably louder and worked at a further distance than the SwiftFinder. The app seemed easier to use than the SwiftFinder as well. I do feel that both finders need to be louder because when they are buried under something they are too quiet. The SwiftFinder could barely be heard at all.I really liked the separation mode so if your keys and phone get too far apart, you get a notification. The SwiftFinder would alert the phone but it was only a pop-up message on the phone (no audio alert). The BCKAKQA had an audible alert on both the phone and the tag when they got too far apart. Both trackers did the 2 way finding easily and without fail. Since you can adjust the ringtone / volume on the phone, there is no issue with it being too quiet. Here's the problem I have with these types of finders... 1. what if I have lost my phone and my battery on my phone is dead. The tag ringer will not be ringing your phone period. And my Dad looses his phone all the time with a dead battery.2. You have to use bluetooth which doesn't have a very long range (best case 30 feet). 3. Bluetooth is usually a battery drainer on phones. If I disable bluetooth after having everything working, both apps remind me they need bluetooth to track. That's fine. The SwiftFinder leaves a message up on my phone in the notification bar until I kill the app. If I reenable bluetooth both tags resume their tracking no problem. However, what if I had turned off my bluetooth to save battery while I was out, lost my keys some where else, then turned back on my bluetooth to locate my keys. They would show they were last spotted at a wrong location. I realize that may be a stretch but it is a real scenario, especially with my Dad.Bottom line, I will be going with a simple finder that works off RF, is louder, has a better range, and no app to complicate things. The BCKAKQA wins over the SwiftFinder ST02 hand down. You will enjoy this product if you are someone who's bluetooth doesn't run down your battery, you never misplace your phone long enough for its battery to die, the things you need to find are not too far off or you leave things at your friends house, you are are a little tech savy.

Don't Bother
Absolutely worthless. Loses signal with the device and doesn't have much of a range. Would Not recommend.
