Not that black as shown in image.
Fitting, cut, buttons fine.Biggest problem is that the colour is not jet black, it is light black or dark grey at maximum. It makes it look cheap. Therefore unwearable over a dark coloured pant and shiny shoes.It would have been amazing if the colour was really dark jet black.
