I am reviewing: Organic Roots Bell Pepper Hummus, Traditional Flavors Pantry, 50g, Just Add Water, Instant Food, Healthy Ready to Eat, No MSG (Pack of 2)This was better than I thought it would be, honestly. It didn't clump. Just add water, and the cutest little bottle of olive oil, and it mixed easily and completely. I served it with naan bread. I put some garlic and sea salt in for an extra zazz. It was good. There is a different taste, but honestly, any time you try a new brand of hummus, it's different. This is not home made, but it is super easy to have on hand for a quick snack for 1 or 2 people.

Good to whip up some hummus when you're in a pinch! Love the pronounced roasted red pepper flavor in this. All that's needed is water, or after some experimenting nut milk or water and oil for a much thicker and creamier texture. One box yields me up to one cup of hummus, so for a bigger batch two can be ideal.
