This could have better options, like auto night–vision. But OVER ALL THIS IS THE BEST BODY WORN CAMERA ON AMAZON! BEST BATTERY, BEST VIDEO QUALITY, EASIEST TO USE, BEST BUTTON PLACEMENT, BEST SHAPE, PROFESSIONAL QUALITY. I HAVE EVEN DROPPED THIS A FEW TIMES PRETTY HARD BY ACCIDENT AND THIS CAMERA IS THE BEST EVER! THIS BODY CAM IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT!!!!!!!! I've used this thing nonstop capturing speakerphone audio for interviews, for capturing patrol footage, and even capturing liars! I try to remember to take this everywhere with me because I am that happy with my purchase! I try to never leave home without this bodycam! You can get a body harness for the gopro and just clip the body worn cam onto it and it fits perfectly! TRY IT OUT! It's PERFECT, this camera is perfect. I tried the other one that I thought was best, and this one ended up making me MUCH HAPPIER. The mic is so good that it can hear just about everything! You just gotta be careful that you aren't handling the camera or allowing things to rub against it while recording audio at all. But man, WOW, this camera might not seem like much, but this thing has just about saved my life. People are scared of me just because I have a body cam. People in town tried stabbing me in public at the post office, but now they stay very far away from me just because they don't want to get caught on film being a dumb–arse. GET THIS BODY CAM, QUIT SEARCHING AND BUY THIS CAMERA, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE BATMAN! I searched for SO MANY HOURS, AND I AM TELLING YOU, THIS IS HANDS–DOWN THE BEST BODY CAMERA ON AMAZON!!!!!!!!! BUY THIS ONE!

I returned this. Battery life was very short. Not as advertised. Picture quality was very good. Can’t speak of durability but it seemed good.

Overall, the bodycam works well. The one thing that disappointed me is that neither clip would let cam rotate. That's a big deal for me.

I've been using this as a camera for inside my car. I Uber at night only and in today's society, you're guilty until proven innocent. The cam keeps me innocent. Very good quality video, audio and night vision is awesome. I clip to my moon roof and this cam captures 100% inside my car. If I have to help someone to there front door because of being inebriated I clip it to my clothes and big brothers watching. The only downfall is the alligator clip. The camera is sturdy and durable that damn alligator clip is not. I'm in the process now of trying to purchase a clip from the manufacturer. Outside of that for the money that you're going to spend this is a good camera. About 10 hours of record time. And the main reason that I purchased this particular camera was the price and I don't necessarily like wires hanging from anywhere in my car to power anything up. So with the good battery life and the huge video cord I was set to go from day one.

Bad grammar and difficult to understand proper use.

We purchased this camera for security use and have found it to provide excellent quality in video, sharp audio and very good pictures. What the heck: how can you go wrong with all these features at a price of under $136? It is more than I expected.The camera is easy to use and quite intuitive in operation. In addition to being a camera the unit also features a PTT button for communication with other units in the area plus a facility for connecting a second hand held camera if needed. The camera body seems well built and should take a lot of banging around, it seems pretty drop-proof as we have already dropped ours about 6 feet, by accident, with no apparent problems. The camera appears water resistant (no we have not soaked it yet) and recharging was fast.The unit is light weight with an internal (non-removable) storage of 32 GB plus battery capacity that provides more than 8 hours of recording. Video files are easily transferred and shared to/from our computer but well protected from tampering by employees. We found the automatic IR function to provide good light for nighttime recording, the laser aim light is helpful. It is easy to playback the encrypted recording on the digital LCD display but it cannot be tampered with when using the security code properly.At the end of the day it is easy and fast to upload lots of valuable data to our computer for management and retention. You can choose three types of recording: high definition (HDMI), AV or USB.We have tried a number of other cameras and this one impresses us. We happily recommend this quality camera.

I am a Police officer and I use this on duty. The department is considering ordering them for all the officers.

After less than a year of daily use (commuting), the camera stopped recording complaining about a bad SD card.Except the camera does not (appear to) have an SD card.I tried to fix it myself but could not see how so threw it in a drawer as a bad purchase.Some months later I sent a query through Amazon about it.Turnaround from the supplier was immediate (next day).It turns out there IS an SD card in these units, but it is hidden under a plastic cover in the AV In/ AV Out slot.The supplier sent me the link below on how to access it.It turned out the SD had just become loose and all I had to do was reseat it, and the camera is now working.

Unit is missing and does not have menu items such as clock setting 3.16, change password 3.17 and PID settings 3.18. This is not what the very limited user manual ver 3.0 shows. I have contacted Meknic who have not provided any resolve and/or solutions. As it now remains I find this unit useless to me or to anyone else

Did not work, needed for vacation and it flopped. Not worth the buy major let down
