Yum! Yum! Yum!
My sister gave me the recipe using this mix. Add pecans & cranberries. Use orange juice to moisten the mix. It is a spectacular product.

Surprisingly very good
I did not really expect this pancake mix to be as good as it is. I always need extra protein and it just really tastes like a pancake to me I don't seem to be able to tell the difference.

So easy and yummy!
So easy and yummy! When my husband, who doesn’t have to eat gluten free, says he really likes them you know they’re good! I added dried cranberries and orange zest and drizzled with an orange glaze. King Arthur mixes are the best! My tummy is happy again ;)

Best Baking Products Around
King Arthur products are the best baking products ever, especially for gluten free folks. They stand behind their products and have a baker online to answer questions during the hours they are open. Great variety of baking ingredients, equipment, and much more.

Easy Gluten Free scone. Great taste.
This mix is great. I add nuts and raisins and cinnamon. Yummy. Use a standing mixer to blend and you’ll get a soft scone with a nice crust.

Very good. A bit pricey.
Pricey but excellent product. Cannot distinguish that it’s gluten free.

Delish!!
It has been so hard finding gluten free anything that tastes good. My adult daughter, whom I live with, has Sjogrens disease which includes a plethora of foods she must avoid. Gluten and dairy are the main ones. So I am always on the lookout for easy to make breads and pastries I can make for her. This scone mix was a huge hit, not only with herbut her daughters ages 10 and 12 and her husband, who is very picky about foods.I made this using cashew milk and chopped up dates. A pinch of fresh grated nutmeg added just the right touch. Finished them off with a cashew milk, powdered sugar and vanilla glaze. The mix tastes like it is made with cream, although it is not. It is frankly better than most regular scone recipes I've found, which tend to be dry. We are trying the pizza crust mix and muffin mix next.
