Let down by leaks.
Brilliant concept however let down by leaking liner, already on 2nd which is now leaking, leaks are hard to find and repair and replacement liners are very expensive.

Disappointed
I also have had nothing but trouble with mine! The pcu replaced twice due to the jets being unable to turn off, an now the non return valve on the liner is failing draining the water out and a replacement liner is £500, for a not so cheap spa £1600 it's been a waste of money. Look at a different model.

Not recommended
Good when working but I am also on to my second liner in two years. Not sure it's worth replacing, good money after bad?As so expensive compared to another well known inflatable spa, thought it would be better.Would not recommend. Interested to hear it should be out of the Sun, doesn't say this in the instructions, although mine is only in the Sun for a short part of the day.

Breakdown after leak after breakdown !
ve had my spa for a couple of years and have had problem after problem with it leaking and the pump breaking down. All the leaks it had i managed to repair myself but recently the seam on both sides in the tub have completed failed tearing under the strain of the water (about 6 inches each side which just can't be fixed). I have had to send my pump off to Canadian Spa around 5 or six times over the time i've had it, for various faults (none of which were under warranty) and each time it came back, lasted for 2 or 3 months then something else went wrong. Each time i have to package it up and pay for a courier to take it and bring it back, which isn't cheap!(as well as repair cost). Just before the huge tears appeared i foolishly purchased a hard top cover at £300, (the inflatable one which comes with it burst inside along the internal seams, leaving it looking odd) thinking it couldn't break down again but was wrong again. This is supposed too be a quality but more affordable alternative to the big ones, and at £1,500-£1,900 isn't cheap, so i wouldn't expect all the things listed above to go wrong! I have no alternative now, with seams that have failed beyond repair and a pump on breakdown number 6, to put it in the bucket which is a shame as it looks great and i have a new lid which i can't use. I have taken great care of my spa since i got it and enjoyed it when it was working, but it really will cost you many repairs and frustrating times when you have it. So disappointed to say...please don't waste your money!
