Purchased for my partner who is always over doing it with the garden, dogs or cleaning and causing herself injury to her elbow or shoulder joints despite me moaning at her not to go crazy =0)Unit nicely presented in a branded box, is sturdy and well made. Comes with sample wax but you will need to purchase more as this only a sample and not for multiple use.Wax did take a while to melt but ours a lot quicker than I'd seen others mention in reviews which surprised me.My partner liked the feeling and did feel it soothed her aches, will see if this a placebo effect or real after more use =0)At the moment happy with the purchase and if it is effective as she says it is then its a great buy

Although a tad messy to use this wax bath is really of great benefit to my strained wrists and my hands feel lovely! All this 'wash your hands with soap and water frequently has led ones hands to become a bit sor, probably by not completely drying them so the wax bath restores them beautiful.

Great product - I wish I brought one with a digital temperature guide as I can’t control the temperature so well - probably me

This wax bath is really helping my hands as I suffer badly with osteo-arthtitis

Nice but would of liked a temperature guide

Received it in a damaged box that crumbled as soon as I took the item out of Amazon packaging. The item itself is smaller than expected - just about can fit my foot in (UK Size 5). The wax given with the item was just enough to hit under the minimum mark, took almost 2 hours to melt down and did not even cover most of the foot. Have had to order more wax but still not happy with the quality of item.Have only used twice as the time it takes to melt the wax is ridiculous - to actually make proper use of the bath, I had to use 3.5 blocks of parrafin wax and had to wait over 3 hours for it to melt.
