Wall Pilates Workout Cards

Love these cards. Clear pictures and instructions that are so easy to follow. I was able to share them with elderly relatives who are now using them as well. Great to travel with so that you can keep yourself in some kind of routine and excellent in terms of being able to vary so it’s not to be bored. Great value for the money. Small enough to travel with the large enough to view easily. Plastic coated so they’re totally durable. Excellent purchase

These are great. I love how they have the difficulty level on them so you can work your way up to the harder cards. The ring makes it easy to divide the cards and focus on the level you are on. Great pictures to show you how to do each move. Allows you to work out at your own level.

Great cards that can be used anywhere (vacation, at home, away on conferences and retreats!)

These cards are nice for what I needed. I had to figure out the recommended workout system on the cards. It took a little bit of decoding. The erasable marker is a good idea but not really practical because it wipes off when the cards are flipped through.

I'd give these cards a "10" if the rating went that high. These are well organized, and a lot of thought has been used when these were designed. Not only are they made of heavy, not too easy to bend, glossy cardstock, they also are made for use with a dry erase marker (included).The exercises are easy to learn, and each card has a picture of the exercise on one side and detailed instructions on the back of each card. Plus the cards are numbered so you can find the exercise you want quickly!!. I love that.I'm just starting my weight loss journey, and I'm sure these are going to be far more helpful than of the books I've considered. No fluff to read through. Just a "get to the facts approach" so I can start now.Highly recommend!!!!

Similar to many others just like this one. It is okay but most of the exercises on the cards are found on YouTube or Instagram. I like that they are on a ring since there are a large number of cards. I think they will last.

I had been wanting to try wall pilates. I tend to get bored with exercise easily and am always looking for quick ways go shake things up. This made it very easy to throw a good workout together on the fly.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I think these things are the best!!! The only issue I have with them is that I am not consistent with their use. The cards are well made with clear and concise instructions. Sweat proof and easily cleaned. Perfect addition to our home gym. Really want to purchase the rest of the card sets.
