Ticks and fleas are a problem that are usually treated by putting harmful chemicals on your pets. Tickless is new. It works without the use of chemicals. Tickless is an ultrasonic pendant that emits a series of ultrasonic pulses. The pulses disrupt ticks and fleas senses, preventing them from detecting pets in their vicinity. Tickless is harmless and cannot be heard by humans or pets. It is completely ecologically friendly and has no contraindications of any kind. Tickless is non-toxic and does not release any chemical substances or odours. It is also waterproof. Tickless is suitable for all pets, especially those weakened by illness and for pets that spend time playing with children. Died after 2 weeks, but did nothing in the first place.
So, I bought this, because this year there has been an enormous amount of ticks lurking about, even for the area where we live, which is heavily wooded. I would use citronella spray on my dog, and a flea/tick collar (not to mention the tablets, but those only work if the tick would actually bite her), but would still find a tick crawling on her here and there. Devastated, I researched what else I could do to deter the ticks to try and make a lunch out of my dog, and I came across this product.The reviews were mixed, so I went to find some more information elsewhere. I found a fair amount of articles and reviews that were raving about this little device, so I decided to buy it. What a waste of money.First of all, the very first day I attached this thing on my dog's collar, I saw a tick crawling on her. So, despite the fact that I was using several things to protect her, the ticks seemed to have taken a page from Clark Gable's book, and frankly didn't give a damn.On the next few subsequent walks, I would regularly have to take ticks off her, even near the device itself. It was like it wasn't even doing anything, but at least now I could say I tried just about every trick in the book.This, however, would still not make me write a bad review, as I hate doing that, and don't, if I can find at least one good thing to say about a product. I mean, it seemed to have worked for other people, so I reasoned that maybe we just have some sort of strange mutant ticks, that huff repellent like glue, and just don't care what you throw at them.What made me write this review, is that after 2 weeks the device simply stopped working. Well, it's not like it did much in the first place, you might say, but I would expect that it would at least last 6 months before it goes. If you're selling me snake oil, at least sell me a full bottle.Not to mention, that I read the instructions on the box, and made sure to use it properly, and to take it off her collar whenever we came back from a walk, and (even though it says that it can take humidity just fine, but is not water-proof) would not let her near any sort of water while wearing it.In short, this product is not worth the money. Not by a long shot. It's also not exactly cheap either, so you'd probably be better off spending it on a nice toy or treat for your poochie, than waste it on this. I sure wish I did.

Unfortunately this was such a waste of money
Unfortunately this was such a waste of money. I have three dogs brought three. And my dogs were all washed flea and tick free then put the TickLess Pet Ultrasonic Tick and Flea Repellent on and I could not believe it within two weeks, my pets were infested! This product seemed to attract ticks and fleas rather than repel them.

Flea treatments
I thought this would help my little cat ,I am very sorry to say it is useless. She is a very happy and loving and she and the house have fleas, the worst of it is she never goes out as we live on the main road,but it is a big house and she has the run of it. She is the last cat we have had 10 altogether I had a little rag doll type she died 2 months ago it is so sad, and I hate having to use chemicals on their bodies. I thought going down the natural way would be kinder. I just don't know what type of fleas these are I thinking of shooting them next but nothing is working. I just wonder if you have any suggestions I would be very grateful. Thank You.

Try it if you care about holistic living
Love this! Not nasty chemicals required. I clip to his collar and have never found a sucker on him! I’m in my third one and have been using for just over two years.

Worked well
I bought one last year for my dog and she did not get aby ticks all summer so if worked. Unfortunately my dog diedlast week so I cannot use this one at the moment, hopefully I will get another dog I will have to use it then

DOES NOT WORK
I was really hopeful about this product since there were mixed reviews and decided to give it a try. It DOES NOT work. Don't waste your money on this. My poor puppy is covered in fleas and now I have to spend more money on flea treatments so you are better off just going to the vet and asking for what the best flea treatment for your breed of dog is. Do yourself and your fur baby a favour and don't buy this.

Amazon no warranty so product worthless
Just does not work despite the hype. Never removed any repeat any of the infestation. Checked battery weekly and vents are clean. Works for up to ten months, purchased in March, unit inactive 3 months later. Fitted to an aged dog so not heavy usage. Dog shampoo wash weekly, anti flea Armitage/Front Line applied. All bedding and carpets disinfected, have used peppermint oil in addition on all of the dogs toys, bedding.So a replacement or refund please.

Funktioniert überhaupt nicht
Leider kann man keine null Sterne geben. Da ich keine chemische Mittel verabreichen kann, da einer meiner Hunde epileptiker ist und diese Mittel einen Status epileptikus ausgelöst haben, dachte ich, dies könnte uns helfen .... also zwei Stück bestellt. Aber die zecken sind gar nicht beeindruckt davon, und beißen sich weiter in meinen Hunden fest. Also knapp 50 euro zum Fenster rausgeworfen

taugt leider nichts
Beide Labbis haben eines bekommen...die Zecken schreckt es überhaupt nicht ab...einmal waren es 4 Zecken auf einem Hund nach 20 Minuten im Wald! Mittlerweile nach kurzer Zeit beide defekt, da wohl 1x etwas Wasser drangekommen ist. Für dieses Geld eine echt heftige Enttäuschung! Kann man leider absolut nicht empfehlen

Erfüllt leider nicht den Sinn und Zweck
Ich habe diesen Anhänger für meinen Chihuahua gekauft und muss heute nach 4 Wochen Test leider sagen, dass es nichts bringt.1. Kritikpunkt: Der Anhänger ist für einen Chihuahua zwar erträglich, aber doch recht groß.. und er klappert unmöglich - das nervt furchtbar2. Kritikpunkt: Mein Hund hatte genauso viele Zecken, wie ohne den Anhänger! Sogar musste ich feststellen, dass ALLE Zecken am Halsbereich waren, dort wo der Anhänger festgemacht ist :( Fast so, als würde das Geräusch die Zecken anlockenKann ich leider nicht weiterempfehlen

Funktioniert tatsächlich
Ich habe vor 1/2 Jahr schon einmal ein Tickless gekauft und hatte bei meinem Hund kaum Zecken absammeln müssen, obwohl in diesem Sommer eine Zeckenplage herrschte. Vor wenigen Tagen bemerkte ich, daß das Gerät nicht mehr funktionierte und bestellte ein Neues. Am kommenden Wochenende hatte mein Hund mehr als 3 Zecken, die auch schon gebissen hatten. Für mich ist es klar: Tickless funktioniert! Echt empfehlenswert! PS: Ich habe auch eines (für Menschen), wenn wir mal in der "Pampa" unterwegs sind.

Safe non toxic flea & tick Repeller
Product is good although the said time period of 9-12months is bogus. Have used 2 of em and didn't work for more than 3-4 months inspite of taking precautions of not making it wet anyhow. But still, the fact that this is completely safe & chemical free (non-toxic) and works quite well in preventing fleas & ticks.

leider nicht der erhoffte Erfolg :-(
Ich hatte im Vorfeld einen sehr freundlichen Kontakt zu dem Anbieter. Ich habe auch eine ausführliche Erklärung zu meinen Fragen bekommen - dass der Hinweis das Tickless 24 Stunden am Hund zu lassen sich mehr auf die Bekämpfung von Flöhen bezieht und bei Zecken es ausreichend wäre, es während des Spaziergangs zu tragen. Da ich testen wollte, ob der Ultraschallton meinen Hund stört, habe ich das Tickless neben ihm gelegt - er hätte aufstehen und weg gehen können - aber er ist ruhig liegen geblieben. Wir wohnen in einer Zeckenhochburg und leider hat es die Zecken nicht beeindruckt - vielleicht waren es ein paar Zecken weniger - aber leider nicht ausreichend. Sehr schade. Aber es war einen Versuch wert. Bei anderen scheint es ja zu wirken.

hallo , ich habe das teil gekauft nachdem jeden tagmein hund voll mit zecken war !! dazu gebe ich ihm LedumD30 3 mal 10 stück täglich4 wochen danach 10 stück 3 mal die wochewir haben keine zecke mehr an ihm die krabbeln an ihm um von ihm weg zu kommenein stern ziehe ich ab da man keine batterie einlegen kannfinde ich schade da es nur ein halbes jahr funktioniert und die batterie schwächer wird es bestimmtnicht mehr wirken

Piccolo dispositivo repellente pulci e zecche per cani
Sono ormai anni che utilizzo questo piccolo dispositivo per proteggere il mio cagnolino da pulci e zecche e devo dire che funziona.Lo abbino ad un collarino a base di olio di neem (prodotto anche questo naturale) e mi trovo bene.Il dispositivo non è nocivo per il cane e non gli provoca nessun fastidio. Ormai era diventato introvabile nei negozi di articoli per animali ma grazie ad Amazon ho potuto riacquistarlo!

Humbug
Mein Hund trägt das Ultraschallgerät jetzt seit 1,5 Monaten.Es kommen trotzdem immer wieder Zeken!Heute früh habe ich 8 Stück entfernt! (Foto 1)Das Gerät ist auch richtig angelegt,beim Testen der Batterie leuchtet die rote Led auf. (Foto 2)WAR GANZ SCHÖN BLÖD AUF DIE WERBUNG REINZUFALLEN

Dieses mal nicht zufrieden
Ich habe es die letzten Jahre immer bestellt und war super zufrieden.Dieses Jahr aber leider überhaupt nicht. Mein Hund ist ständig voll mit Zecken.Ich weiß nicht ob an dem Gerät etwas geändert wurde oder die Zecken dieses Jahr einfach schlimmer sind.Daher leider nur zwei Sterne.

Wirkt nicht, zieht Zecken noch an.
Wir haben insgesamt 4 x Tickless für unsere Chihuahua bestellt. Die Möglichkeit ohne Chemie lästige Parasiten fernzuhalten war sehr verlockend.Leider ohne Wirkung.Das Geld sollte man sich wirklich sparen, hatte den Eindruck das dieses Gerät die Zecken nur so anzieht.Selbst 1 Stern ist hier noch zuviel.

Leider enttäuschend
Hat bei uns nichts gebracht- im Gegenteil! Die Zecken haben sich dieses Jahr vermehrt im Halsbereich unseres Hundes festgebissen! Einen Stern für den schnellen Versand.

Perfekt
Ich liebe den Tickless PET. Unsere Kleine hat dadurch wesentlich weniger Zecken wie ohne. Dazu kommt die erstklassige Verarbeitung. Das Teil ist robust und hält einiges aus. Nicht so wie eines von einer anderen Marke, das bereits nach knapp einer Woche auseinanderfiel.

die meisten ewerden es nicht glauben. ich habs auch nicht geglaubt.... aber versucht. UND es funktioniert. meine kkleine hat seit sie dieses ding trägt keine einzige zecke mehr. der hund meiner freundin hat dieses teilchen nicht und ständig zecken..... also es ist super

Ich habe auch eine ausführliche Erklärung zu meinen Fragen bekommen - dass der Hinweis das Tickless 24 Stunden am Hund zu lassen sich mehr auf die Bekämpfung von Flöhen bezieht und bei Zecken es ausreichend wäre, es während des Spaziergangs zu tragen. Da ich testen wollte, ob der Ultraschallton meinen Hund stört, habe ich das Tickless neben ihm gelegt - er hätte aufstehen und weg gehen können - aber er ist ruhig liegen geblieben. Wir wohnen in einer Zeckenhochburg und leider hat es die Zecken nicht beeindruckt - vielleicht waren es ein paar Zecken weniger - aber leider nicht ausreichend. Sehr schade. Aber es war einen Versuch wert.
